Reply To'MyNorthwest' readers - WHAT THE KID NEEDS IS SOME REAL HELP, NOT YEARS IN PRISON . . .

the mother mentioned him being shot tomorrow in another interview..shot tomorrow?! unbelievable-this is ridiculous-the poor kid (KID) has issues, developmental, psychological and emotional - he needs real help, from people that are both caring and concerned. o.k., he stole some stuff. o.k., he also broke a few things - but did he kill/rape anyone? did he ever hurt anyone? did he vandalize? did he brandish any weapons against anyone? did he sell drugs to kids? NO. what are we gonna do? toss him in jail forever and throw away the key? what a sick society this is, if they plan to do anything other than offer him caring treatment for his problems. the kid is basically on a survival mission, people - i bet if he were a better pilot, the planes would've been undamaged. i bet if he had shoes, or wasn't starving, he would'nt have had to steal any shoes or food. also, the weather is rough up there, w/weather, bears,etc.., and i'm sure he was looking for a safe place to rest. who wouldn't do what he's doing, to survive?! i ask all l.e.o.'s that question . . . HE IS NOT A MAN - FOOLS! - JUST BECAUSE HE IS 18 DOESNT MEAN DIDDLY SQUAT - HE IS NOT A MAN!-HE IS STILL VERY MUCH A SCARED CHILD FIGHTING TO SURVIVE ANY WAY HE KNOWS HOW. HE HAS NOT HAD A CHANCE TO MATURE AS AN INDIVIDUAL, OTHER THAN BEING FORCED TO USE HIS SURVIVAL INSTINCTS TO SURVIVE ON THE RUN-FROM A SOCIETY THAT HE ASSUMES WANTS TO THROW THE BOOK AT HIM...AND FOR WHAT, REALLY? WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON IN THE WORLD; (FOR EXAMPLE, JUST GOOGLE: H1N1 AND ITS LAB ORIGINS) - WE ARE GOING TO WASTE TIME HATING THIS KID FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE...
