Letter To Indian Space Agency, Part 1 . . .

Dear Sir / Madam,
I/we must ask for a minute of your time concerning the Chandrayaan 1 program. We must express that we feel it is our humble and honest opinion, and with utmost sincerity, that your Lunar Satellite should NOT contain any items, payload, devices or any technologies whatsoever belonging to or devised by the U.S., the U.K., Israel, any of their 'allies', or any other country besides the great nation of India. We strongly believe that the 'Contact Loss' that has recently occurred was not an accident. We and many others around the world, from all walks of life, various professions, and areas of expertise strongly believe that there exists clear evidence of structures, formations, debris, and other assorted items of advanced, intelligent, extra terrestrial origin that have existed there for many, many years - perhaps centuries or even millennia ; much older than any known earthly space programs. The west does not want this information or knowledge in the hands of anyone they are not completely in control of. There are clear images from various past Lunar Orbiter missions that provide proof of this. the U.S. has attempted to 'erase' the images, doctor the film, 'lose' the proof, accidentally 'rerecord' over old tape, and essentially hide as much of the truth as they possibly can. Fortunately, some of the original tapes were released into the public domain; i.e., to television networks, educational institutions, etc., before the truth became known.
If you wish to have your continued missions to the Moon sabotaged, as well as a great deal of precious and valuable time, not to mention billions of rupee wasted - then by all means, go ahead and continue to place items of Western origin on your craft. If you wish to discover the TRUTH, while there is but only a short time left to do so, then please avoid any 'cooperation' with western agencies. We heard something about a U.S. radar device to detect ice. This is unbelievable and preposterous to me. Surely you do not believe They need India for this?
There is word now that the U.S. plans to detonate many tons of explosives upon the Lunar surface sometime very soon, as soon as October. Next month !!. To ELIMINATE AND DESTROY THE EVIDENCE that I have just written to you about, so they don't have to keep causing any more 'accidents' to the Lunar-related mission craft of any other nations. This would obviously begin to look quite suspicious, don't you think? However, it unfortunately appears as if our words may have come too late. If so, all we now can do is suggest and ask that you monitor as well and as closely as you possibly can the lunar surface for any anomalies that would occur if a large 'bomb' or 'bombs' were to explode. Again, we have heard that this might happen as soon as October. Your projected 2011 Lunar Rover mission, we hope, if you have listened to our words, will find and produce evidence of explosive destruction, but if they have done their job well, nothing larger than a pebble will remain, for anyone to study - just like the World Trade Center debris - everything pulverized to dust...
Now there is a strong chance that you are already an ally of the U.S., in multiple areas beyond simple, mutually beneficial commerce, trade, and various civilian technologies, etc.. As a civilian, I myself am not sure at the moment if you have in the past or are currently sharing any defense technology to a great or advanced degree. Basically, whether or not we are telling you any of our 'big' secrets. For example, in the areas of alien technology and so on, energy and propulsion systems, etc., among other things. I would guess that we are not.
If you are already aware of the things I have said; that these things I have mentioned do exist upon the Moon, along with the fact that there is not much time left if you wish to acquire documentation of this yourself, and that the Allies wish to prevent this knowledge from disseminating, then please, please accept my sincerest apologies for presuming to know something that you do not. I have a great admiration and respect for the people, the culture, and the history of India, and only wish that you may be able to discover the absolute truth of this matter for yourself, without any interference of any kind which may prevent it from happening.
This is simply the feelings and opinion of various western by-standers, civilian and non-civilian - friends of India . . but we humbly and honestly feel that there is a great deal of truth to it. I...We...would not want You to risk the 'embarrassment' of another 'accident', or mission failure again at another time. I would want you to take all known precautions against letting that happen.
Our only desire is that the truth be made known; that what is now 'in the dark' will be brought out into the light. Our planet, and our race, needs a 'new motivation', something beyond the false 'glory' of wealth, something beyond the illusions of western cinema; a real Truth, that can provide a real stimulation, to advance cautiously yet bravely into the not so distant future, with greater awareness and clarity of vision; that 'actions' have 'consequences', and 'causes' have 'effects', and so on...that we may focus on doing what is right; not just for today, and not just for ourselves, but for the entire future of this known universe, for our children's children's children, and for all mankind...
