THIS MATERIAL IS A TAD DATED - I WAS GOING TO DATE IT back to its original release in mid 2008, where it would end up archived in history - but I thought it important at this point in time to remind the masses, who these days seem to forget our history so quickly - like the arrival of the next day's news - what kind of a man they have elected to the highest office in the land . . one of the highest in this planet . . .
A quick note: I have found supplemental employment, which has kept me either very busy or very tired, over the course of the past few months, and with a hiking trip planned for August, I will not be posting very much over the summer. Also . . let me remind the reader that 80% of this material on this 'blog' has been written by others, and this space is mainly a repository of information that I have found worthy of personally holding onto for one reason or another, not only for myself but for anyone else who is interested in similar issues. I am grateful towards anyone who has taken the time to visit.
*** WASHINGTON DC - Tonight political prisoner Larry Sinclair is spending his sixth night in the DC Jail, the victim of a Gestapo-style enemies' list operation carried out just three blocks from the White House last Wednesday afternoon.
Sinclair had come to the National Press Club to detail his charges that the self-proclaimed Democratic presidential nominee Barack Hussein Obama had indulged in two homosexual encounters complete with crack cocaine in early November 1999, that Obama was complicit in the December 2007 assassination of Donald Young, the gay choirmaster of Jeremiah Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ, and that's Obama's resident perception monger, David Axelrod, had paid the pornographic website Whitehouse.com $750,000 to organize a campaign of character assassination against Sinclair, culminating in a faked polygraph test. At the close of the press conference, Sinclair was arrested inside the press club by US Marshals and DC police, apparently based on an old Delaware warrant.
GESTAPO TACTICS IN THE NATIONAL PRESS CLUB, THE TEMPLE OF THE FIRST AMENDMENT?
Where are the civil libertarians? Where are the paladins of the ACLU? Where is the outcry and the indignation? Is no one concerned about threats to lynch a gay man for political reasons in the heart of the nation's capital? Where are the left liberals who have been ostensibly so concerned about civil rights and civil liberties from Nixon to Bush-Cheney? Perhaps they are sleeping, or perhaps they have drunk the Obama Kool-Aid and have become morally insane.
Or perhaps they are so obsessed with the reform of the FISA law and the danger that Bush might be listening in to their telephone calls that they do not notice when a prominent critic of a presidential candidate who is infamously a darling of the establishment media is actually arrested, taken into custody and led away, the target of Gestapo tactics in the National Press Club, the sanctum sanctorum of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and the First Amendment generally.
Surely the weak sisters who have joined Obama's fifth column are morally insane when they joke about how Barky's Myrmidons were able to arrest Sinclair. If the First Amendment does not apply to speech which is not popular with the establishment and the mob, then the First Amendment does not exist at all, for anybody. Any journalist or writer should be able to see that they themselves may be next, now that the US Marshals are serving as the "Fight the Smears" enforcement arm of the Obama campaign. Selective and vindictive prosecution, anyone?
The mere fact that Larry Sinclair had been able to hold such a successful press conference was already a serious defeat for the corrupt and brutal Obama machine.
Sinclair had appeared in the Holeman Lounge before more than a hundred journalists, with 10 cameras set up on tripods in the back of the room. The number of handheld cameras, camcorders, and tape recorders was beyond counting. The press conference was dignified, businesslike, factual. There was no screaming, no disruption, no threats or insults.
Every journalist who wanted to ask a question was given ample opportunity to do so, and about three dozen questions were asked. Reasonable follow-ups were allowed.
There were journalists from Britain, from Germany, from India, from China. Most of the questions represented honest attempts to pin down the facts of what was being alleged.
Sinclair's honesty compared favorably to most politicians today. He started his presentation with a detailed admission of his criminal record, jail time served, his pending court motion to dismiss an old Colorado warrant, and a statement that his troubles with the law date back more than 20 years to 1980-1986.
In the question-and-answer segment, Sinclair gave a straight answer to every question he was asked. He did not dodge questions, he did not prevaricate, he did not refuse to answer questions, and he did not bungle his answers. Sinclair has made serious mistakes in life, as he readily concedes. But Sinclair is not a candidate, not a person who has to be evaluated by the public and then accepted or rejected.
Sinclair comes forward as a witness with a series of allegations to make and a story to tell. It is up to public opinion and most emphatically the news media to evaluate those allegations and those facts, including through the efforts of enterprising investigative journalists anxious to make a name for themselves by finding out the truth about what is potentially the biggest political scandal of the century. Obama, after all, is the candidate of whom we know little and who needs urgently to be evaluated.
The issue posed is not what you think about Larry Sinclair. The overriding issue is the presidency in a time of military defeat, institutional crisis, and economic breakdown.
HOMOPHOBIC DEATH THREATS AGAINST SINCLAIR
Obama's lemming legions, and especially his notorious mercenary squadristi of the Internet, had done everything possible to sabotage and disrupt Sinclair's press conference. One Obama backer had issued a categorical death threat against Sinclair in terms that made it abundantly clear that a homophobic hate murder might be in the offing. The FBI and the District of Columbia police had shown zero interest in offering Sinclair protection against a possible hit by one of Obama's fanatics.
Once it is accepted that police agencies can intervene in political campaigns, it is possible to a rest or detain almost anyone if the interest is great enough. The old warrant used to incarcerate Sinclair most probably refers to events already covered by the statute of limitations.
If nothing can be found at this level, there are always old parking tickets and library fines that can be ginned up. Any political candidate who has had dealings with the Federal Elections Commission can be hauled in on some minor technical violation. The precedent established by last Wednesday's events at the National Press Club is exceedingly ominous for the public life of this country.
The irony is that repression is now being carried out not to help the Republicans but under ultra-left cover, to help the radical subversive Obama.
Since the warrant used as the pretext to arrest Sinclair apparently came from Delaware, our attention naturally turns to Senator Joe Biden, the incorrigible blowhard and defeated presidential candidate who is now known to be angling for the post of vice president or Secretary of State in a future Obama regime.
We also note that Biden's son, the nepotist Beau Biden, is the current Attorney General of Delaware. As the cops would say, the Biden machine, anxious to ingratiate themselves with Obama, had the means, motive, and opportunity to arrange this outrageous arrest. For those gullible enough to believe that civil liberties might improve under an Obama regime, this ought to provide a reality shock.
Do not assume that civil liberties will get better under Obama; the evidence is now that they will get worse. Obama's National Press Club caper is as blatant as anything seen under Bush and Barky is not even in the White House.
At the end of his detailed indictment of Obama, Sinclair demanded information on four points. The first involves Obama as phone records for November 3, 1999 through November 8, 1999 - the time frame of the two allegedly encounters between Obama and Sinclair, mediated by Paramjit Multani of Five Star Limo at O'Hare Airport. The second involves Obama's phone records for September 2007 - December 23, 2007, when Sinclair was receiving probing phone calls from Donald Young about how much Sinclair had revealed concerning Obama - calls that ended when Young was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds just before Christmas 2007.
Sinclair's third demand for clarification touches communications from Obama, Axelrod, and campaign manager David Plouffe to Whitehouse.com in January and February 2008. Sinclair's fourth point regards possible payments by Obama, Obama's campaign, Axelrod, Plouffe, and Axelrod's AKP Message and Media to Whitehouse.com in that same time frame of January-February 2008.
OBAMA MUST ANSWER, NOT EVADE
It is now up to Obama to answer these charges. It is imperative that this be done now, without further delay. No responsible citizen wants a president who can be blackmailed and thus turned into a puppet because he is hiding secrets about bisexual activities, crack cocaine, political murder, and character assassination campaigns.
It is also up to the great news organizations, including ABC, CBS, NBC, The New York Times, and the Washington Post, to carry out their responsibility to the public. These news organizations should not play the role of kept courtesans of those in political power. As Sinclair pointed out, he has told his story and has thus done everything he can.
It is now up to the great media concerns to locate and interview the limo driver Paramjit Multani, to investigate the relevant telephone records, and above all to question Obama himself about this very serious matter. It is not up to the corporate media to sit back and sniff about whether a Sinclair has conclusively proven his own case to their satisfaction or not; the proving or disproving is the responsibility of the media, and let them make damn sure that they get it right.
By today's journalistic standards, Sinclair's allegations are extraordinarily substantive already, especially when compared with some other major scandal allegations heard during the primaries. Sinclair has filed a federal civil suit against Obama and Axelrod, complete with sworn affidavits and court papers.
This means that he is willingly risking Rule 11 penalties for filing a frivolous lawsuit.
He has also made statements to the Chicago police about his contacts with murder victim Donald Young. These steps represent a very high degree of public commitment by Sinclair to the truth of what he is saying.
Compare this to the shoddy standards of the New York Times which, on February 21, 2008 published and prominently displayed on its front page an innuendo about a supposed sex affair between Senator McCain and a certain Vicki Iseman, a Washington lobbyist. Not one single solitary named source was cited to support this innuendo. Or, take the case of Vanity Fair magazine, the house organ of decadent left liberalism, which included a slander piece entitled "The Comeback Id" by Todd Purdom in its July 2008 issue. Here again, there was not one single named source who was willing to have his or her name publicly associated with Purdom's sleazy allegations.
It is painfully obvious that there is one set of journalistic standards for the Perfect Master Obama, and another and much laxer set for the competition. This is intolerable.
NO PRIVACY FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO ACCESS THE NUCLEAR BUTTON
It is fair to say that the idea of a private sphere for US presidential candidates about which the general public is not entitled to know anything became obsolete at the same time that intercontinental ballistic missiles with nuclear warheads became available around 1960 to 1965. Since then, every presidential candidate has in effect appeared before the public asking to get his or her hands on the thermonuclear button that can start World War III.
At this point, the notion of a private sphere for presidential candidates becomes wholly untenable. In this day and age, we have the right to know everything but everything about presidential nominees who are asking for our votes.
We have a right to know their full personal histories, with no exceptions, no omissions, and no withheld documents.
We have a right to know if they are HIV-positive and whether they ever registered for the draft.
We want to know if they have received electroshock, psychopharmaca, and whether they have been treated by a psychiatrist.
We have a right to see their birth certificate, their college transcript, their senior thesis if they wrote one, their law school transcript, their passport, papers from earlier times in public office, and all other relevant documents.
We have a right to know about their mother, their father, their sister, their brother, their Aunt Tilly, their best friends at all stages of life, their boyfriends, their girlfriends, their pets, their backers, their sponsors, their gurus, their controllers, and their associates of every kind.
More than a right to know these things, we have an imperative duty to find them out.
For they are asking to get their hands on the thermonuclear button, the misuse of which can unleash a thermonuclear fireball that will not respect any aspect of the privacy of ourselves and our family.
Naturally, candidates are free to make their own choices in life just like everybody else: they can choose their religion, their personal associations, their forms of recreation, and all the rest in any way that they like.
But none of this - absolutely nothing - can be claimed as a secret off limits to the attention of the public. All of it must be thoroughly investigated, aired, and published when the presidency is at stake.
An Air Force crewman at a missile silo in the Dakotas goes through a background check which leaves scant room for privacy. We must demand nothing less from presidential candidates.
OBAMA'S COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT AND ALLEGED COCAINE USE
Larry Sinclair alleges that Obama has indulged in crack cocaine. Those familiar with the public literature about the current tenant of the White House know very well that there are many indications that his extraordinarily low level of performance may derive from cognitive impairment brought on by habitual cocaine use. How many more coke fiends in the White House are compatible with the further national survival of the United States?
Ronald Reagan notoriously suffered from cognitive impairment and constantly made his remarks off index cards which he kept hidden in his hands. Those index cards were a low-tech version of the glass plates of the Teleprompter upon which Obama relies.
As soon as he cannot read his words off those glass plates, Obama begins to stutter, to stammer and babble, to hem and to haw, repeatedly losing his syntax and constantly interjecting "um" and "you know." What if Obama's cocaine use really did extend beyond 1981, as he suggests in his memoir, and continued all the way to late 1999 at the very least, as Sinclair is alleging?
That might suggest that Obama suffers from greater cognitive impairment than Bush, as Obama's incredible series of gaffes at the end of the primaries also indicates. Larry Sinclair stressed during his press conference that he has been a gay man all his life, and that he regarded the crack cocaine issue as the central one, at least until the time of the Donald Young murder.
During the press conference, Sinclair announced that he was willing to make his own personal medical records, including mental health records, available to responsible representatives of accredited news organizations, at their own expense.
That means that Sinclair is much more forthcoming about his medical history than Obama, who has withheld his medical records and offered a single meaningless page of advertising copy signed by his personal physician. And remember that Sinclair is not running for any office, while Obama wants to be president.
TWO MONTHS TO THE ROLL CALL OF THE STATES, AUGUST 27
The Democratic Party still has more than two months in which these very serious, substantive, and detailed allegations against its presumptive candidate can be thoroughly investigated.
It is unthinkable that any responsible political leader would be willing to see Obama receive the nomination while this sword of Damocles hangs over his head. Larry Sinclair's videotape has been on the Internet since mid-January, and it has at various times been the object of discussion on something approaching a million websites.
The issues are Obama's crack cocaine use, his bisexuality, his possible involvement in the Donald Young assassination, and the allegations of character assassination and harassment against Sinclair funded by the Obama campaign.
Karl Rove knows all about each one of these points, and there is no way to deter Karl Rove and his cohorts.
So, although it may seem incomprehensible to Obama's drooling acolytes, the interest of the Democratic Party is best served by thorough airing of these allegations to before the roll call of the states is held on August 27, 2008 - and this is exactly what Sinclair has been trying to do since mid-January.
If Sinclair had been a GOP deployment, he would simply have waited for September or October to come forward.
There are of course those who lament and regret that it is necessary to dredge up the sordid details of a figure like Obama. They say that it is better to use political campaigns to talk about issues.
This document may sound plausible, but it is totally wrong, and the fault rests with Obama.
First, Obama does not campaign on issues in any systematic way. He presents himself as the Perfect Master, the Anointed One, the Savior, the Messiah, the Mahdi. His hysterical followers are obsessed, not with a political program or a set of issues, but with the personality cult of Obama. This means that any attempt to engage Obama on the issues is by definition an impotent and self-defeating tactic.
The only useful objections that can be made to Obama are ad hominem biographical revelations designed to show that he is not so anointed after all, and that his ability to walk on water has been overestimated.
Then there is also the matter of Obama's notorious duplicity and flip-flops even where he does have specific positions on certain issues. First Obama wanted a fixed schedule for getting out of Iraq, but Samantha Power revealed that this was not the case at all. Barky said he wanted a different kind of foreign policy, and then he pandered to AIPAC, probably lying through his teeth in the process. First, Obama wanted to help the lower income brackets, but now he is talking about cutting the corporate income tax. Obama attacked free trade in Ohio and Pennsylvania, even as his top economic controller, Austan Goolsbee of the Friedmanite Chicago school reassured the Canadians that this was just election posturing; now Obama has told Fortune magazine that he likes free trade and is devoted to "free markets."
First, Obama was going to be tough on FISA; now he is going along with the Democratic congressional leaders as they attempt to appease Bush.
Obama had built his career on ethics in government and reducing the role of political contributions; now he has turned his back on the only meager legislative achievements by becoming the first presidential candidate in modern times to repudiate matching funds in the general election.
On all these points, to attempt a substantive debate with Obama is a fool's errand. The only way to pin Barky down is through pointed reference to crucial facts in his own background, biography, and associations which cannot be changed or swept under the rug. Any other approach is deliberate impotence and capitulation.
FREE LARRY SINCLAIR!
In the meantime, Larry Sinclair is still sitting in the DC jail. He could be extradited to Delaware at any time.
What kind of a presidential campaign are we going to have when critics of the most radical subversive to ever get this close to the presidency have to worry about a knock on the door in the middle of the night? It is time to put massive public pressure on the Obama campaign to drop their enemies' list operation against Larry Sinclair, and to release him from jail at once.

* BP = BEYOND PETROLEUM, OR . . 'BEYOND PONZI'? *
Some have called "BP" (aka British Petroleum, or "Beyond Petroleum") "Beyond Pathetic". Perhaps in light of this expose' paper, it should today be re-named and re-branded "Beyond Ponzi", and CRIMINAL CHARGES should immediately be filed AGAINST ALL BP EXECUTIVES. Connect the following timelines and readily available information "dots" – and then decide for yourself.
First of all, let's define a "Ponzi" scheme. The term itself originated from the escapades of a master swindler by the name of Charles Ponzi, an Italian Mafioso who began luring investors by promising large financial returns based on bogus international "postal credits" during the "roaring 20's".
Ponzi quickly became a multi-millionaire, living a lavish lifestyle on other people's funds. He was a master at "robbing Peter to pay Paul" – basing his entire "pyramid" on non-existent international "credits" that he alone invented and accounted for.
To be completely successful, a modern "Beyond-Ponzi Scheme" must have the following components: 1. A Smooth-talking salesman who appears totally credible in every way. 2. Complete control over the "credits" that is the basis for the scam 3. Authoritarian figures placed in government (i.e. police and regulators) that have been bribed to never investigate, nor ever to prosecute the swindlers, and 4. Total control over all INFORMATION and PROPAGANDA released to the media.
"CAP AND TRADE" = THE ULTIMATE PONZI SCHEME
Friends, nothing better fits the description of a "Ponzi Scheme" than the so-called "Cap and Trade" program. It is based on a lot of questionable and cooked data about anthropogenic climate change, which was exposed last Fall.
It's not that humans don't have an impact on the environment or shouldn't take care to live sustainably, for obviously they do and should. But much of this science has become politicized, twisted and exaggerated in order to give impetus to garnering adequate support for such drastic measures.
"Cap and Trade" legislation, (most notably the Waxman-Markey bill, H.R. 2454 which passed the U.S. House last year) is very close to becoming LAW! All that appears to be needed for clearing the Senate is a final, camel-breaking straw in the form of a massive ecological disaster to convince gullible Americans that such an extreme measure as cap and trade is necessary to speed our recovery from our oil addiction -- a false solution to a true problem.
WHERE DID THE PONZI-BASED "CAP AND TRADE" IDEA FIRST ORIGINATE??
The architects of "cap and trade" include Mr. Ken Lay, ENRON CEO, and "Lord" John Browne, the "Baron Browne of Madingley"; the CEO of British Petroleum (who was forced out of BP in 2007 following a scandal over committing perjury in testimony concerning his young homosexual partner/lover Chevalier.) In August, 1997, Lay and Browne met with President Bill Clinton and VP Al Gore in the Oval Office – and therein conspired and developed "official U.S. administration positions" for the Kyoto Japan "summit". Of course, the Kyoto summit resulted in an international treaty to "regulate greenhouse gas emissions" by means of "carbon credits" issued by Browne, Lay, and Goldman Sachs!! The U.S. Senate voted 95-0 NOT to ratify the Kyoto Treaty in 1997, but the cap and trade proponents have persisted..
Remember what Charles Ponzi did back in 1920? He created a false "postal credit" system that he "sold" to investors. (Taking money from Peter, to pay a portion out to Paul.) So-called "carbon credits" issued by Browne, Lay, and promoted by lackeys such as Al (inventor of the internet) Gore are no different.
Here's basically how BP, Obama, and Gore's "Cap and Trade" Ponzi-scheme is designed to work. The conspirators convince the federal government to enact legislation that places a ceiling or "Cap" on PRIVATE-SECTOR EMISSIONS OF CO2 as well as other "greenhouse gases". Each private business, and citizen, would then be given a FIXED QUANTITY of something called "carbon credits" based on the make and model of car driven, or the type of A/C or furnace in the home, or the type of factory equipment utilized. For instance, one "credit" would be issued for a small, fuel-efficient "hybrid" vehicle as the benchmark. If somebody preferred to drive an older SUV, then that person would have to purchase additional "credits" – or face paying stiff fines or even jail sentences for "non-compliance". This is all in the name of "saving the planet" of course.
What this Ponzi-scheme does is create a false, artificial scarcity in the right to produce energy. You see, the "carbon credits" sold by government-sanctioned "brokerage firms" will then be transferred to companies in payment for their "green products" such as solar panels, natural gas (which BP controls) and wind turbines. The "green companies" will literally earn TRILLIONS in windfall profits.
Of course, Goldman-Sachs will be the controlling "carbon credit" brokerage house – and will earn a hefty commission for each "credit" sold or traded.
Following his meeting in the Clinton/Gore White House, Lord Browne delivered a bombshell speech at Stanford University on May 19, 1997. There, BP employees arranged BP-made solar panels (BP is the largest manufacturer of solar panels and wind turbines in the world) in a massive circle around the open-air Frost amphitheater. Browne then proudly declared to the world: "On this day, a Big Oil company broke ranks with the rest of the oil industry. We took our first tentative steps to going green." Soon thereafter, with a huge splash of publicity, Lord Browne launched a massive "rebranding" campaign. What used to be British Petroleum became merely BP – as Browne declared means "Beyond Petroleum". The corporate logo then went from the classic Masonic shield, to a "helios" symbol – a green and yellow sunburst. (The HELIOS is a figure of Greek mythology meaning, literally, THE SUN GOD.)
Writing in his book, Beyond Business, the Lord Browne declares: "The new helios logo and the line ‘Beyond Petroleum' expressed the new identity of the company. They gave a strong message that BP was intent on becoming a new type of global energy enterprise. We meant to tell people that we were ready to do more than they would expect when it came to confronting the difficult issues, such as the conflict between energy and environmental needs."
Yes indeed. Cap and Trade is BP's baby and they are uniquely positioned to make TRILLIONS of dollars as soon as it is adopted worldwide. It has taken them 13 years to accomplish this – but all they needed was a massive "spill" of epic proportions to finalize their "plan". In his book, Lord Browne admits: "In order to know WHERE to reduce carbon emissions, we wanted to develop a simple EMISSIONS TRADING SCHEME within the company. It would become the first of its kind. And the person instrumental in helping us set this up was Fred Krupp, head of the Environmental Defense Fund, an environment NGO (non-government organization). We had come full circle. This NGO had virtually single-handedly halted the construction of the Trans Alaska Pipeline in the early 1970's." Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) finally was forced to sell its holdings to BP – who now owns the T.A.P. Clearly, Lord Browne and BP – the world's 4th largest multi-national corporation, is a well-camouflaged viper hiding in the tall grass.
ENTER BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA
Follow BP's "green" money folks, and things start to become a bit more in focus. What good is a corporate "rebranding" as a wonderful "green company" without a PR firm to sell it? BP and Lord Browne spent over $200 million to PR firms including Greenberg Quinland Rosner that brags on its website that they helped BP "remake itself as a company focused on transcending the energy-environment paradox." It is also very interesting that Stanley Greenberg enjoys a very cozy relationship with Obama and his chief of staff, Raum Emanuel.
Shortly after Obama's inauguration, Andrew Malcolm of the L.A. Times reported: "Eyebrows rose slightly upon word that, as a House member, Emanuel had LIVED FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS RENT-FREE in a D.C. apartment of Democratic colleague Rep. Rosa DeLauro of Connecticut and her husband, Stanley Greenberg ----- a PRIME ARCHITECT OF BP'S REBRANDING DRIVE AS A GREEN PETROLEUM COMPANY." Malcolm also notes: "BP and its folks were SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTORS to the record $750 million dollar war chest of Barack Obama's 2007-2008 campaign." Moreover, according to Politico, "Obama is the top recipient of BP PAC and INDIVIDUAL MONEY over the last 20 years."
Little wonder then, that after touring the oil-contaminated beaches of Louisiana on June 15, Obama declared to the nation: "The time to embrace a CLEAN ENERGY FUTURE IS NOW." Of course, a "clean energy future" is synonymous with "Cap and Trade" legislation.
I submit that there is nothing the socialist Cap and Trade shysters (Lord Brown, Al Gore, George Soros, Maurice Strong et. al.) love more than a nice, juicy, oil-spill disaster to further their agenda. Also, as Raum Emanuel has often stated, they will never let a "perfectly good disaster go to waste" but will milk it to the max. Thus, logic demands that the bigger the disaster, the more powerful will be the impact (and thus the eventual profits) on ALL ASPECTS of "Cap and Trade". This is little more than a monumental SOCIALISTIC TOOL designed to redistribute the world's wealth and place more of it into the pockets of a select group of world elitists.

First of all, let's define a "Ponzi" scheme. The term itself originated from the escapades of a master swindler by the name of Charles Ponzi, an Italian Mafioso who began luring investors by promising large financial returns based on bogus international "postal credits" during the "roaring 20's".
Ponzi quickly became a multi-millionaire, living a lavish lifestyle on other people's funds. He was a master at "robbing Peter to pay Paul" – basing his entire "pyramid" on non-existent international "credits" that he alone invented and accounted for.
To be completely successful, a modern "Beyond-Ponzi Scheme" must have the following components: 1. A Smooth-talking salesman who appears totally credible in every way. 2. Complete control over the "credits" that is the basis for the scam 3. Authoritarian figures placed in government (i.e. police and regulators) that have been bribed to never investigate, nor ever to prosecute the swindlers, and 4. Total control over all INFORMATION and PROPAGANDA released to the media.
"CAP AND TRADE" = THE ULTIMATE PONZI SCHEME
Friends, nothing better fits the description of a "Ponzi Scheme" than the so-called "Cap and Trade" program. It is based on a lot of questionable and cooked data about anthropogenic climate change, which was exposed last Fall.
It's not that humans don't have an impact on the environment or shouldn't take care to live sustainably, for obviously they do and should. But much of this science has become politicized, twisted and exaggerated in order to give impetus to garnering adequate support for such drastic measures.
"Cap and Trade" legislation, (most notably the Waxman-Markey bill, H.R. 2454 which passed the U.S. House last year) is very close to becoming LAW! All that appears to be needed for clearing the Senate is a final, camel-breaking straw in the form of a massive ecological disaster to convince gullible Americans that such an extreme measure as cap and trade is necessary to speed our recovery from our oil addiction -- a false solution to a true problem.
WHERE DID THE PONZI-BASED "CAP AND TRADE" IDEA FIRST ORIGINATE??
The architects of "cap and trade" include Mr. Ken Lay, ENRON CEO, and "Lord" John Browne, the "Baron Browne of Madingley"; the CEO of British Petroleum (who was forced out of BP in 2007 following a scandal over committing perjury in testimony concerning his young homosexual partner/lover Chevalier.) In August, 1997, Lay and Browne met with President Bill Clinton and VP Al Gore in the Oval Office – and therein conspired and developed "official U.S. administration positions" for the Kyoto Japan "summit". Of course, the Kyoto summit resulted in an international treaty to "regulate greenhouse gas emissions" by means of "carbon credits" issued by Browne, Lay, and Goldman Sachs!! The U.S. Senate voted 95-0 NOT to ratify the Kyoto Treaty in 1997, but the cap and trade proponents have persisted..
Remember what Charles Ponzi did back in 1920? He created a false "postal credit" system that he "sold" to investors. (Taking money from Peter, to pay a portion out to Paul.) So-called "carbon credits" issued by Browne, Lay, and promoted by lackeys such as Al (inventor of the internet) Gore are no different.
Here's basically how BP, Obama, and Gore's "Cap and Trade" Ponzi-scheme is designed to work. The conspirators convince the federal government to enact legislation that places a ceiling or "Cap" on PRIVATE-SECTOR EMISSIONS OF CO2 as well as other "greenhouse gases". Each private business, and citizen, would then be given a FIXED QUANTITY of something called "carbon credits" based on the make and model of car driven, or the type of A/C or furnace in the home, or the type of factory equipment utilized. For instance, one "credit" would be issued for a small, fuel-efficient "hybrid" vehicle as the benchmark. If somebody preferred to drive an older SUV, then that person would have to purchase additional "credits" – or face paying stiff fines or even jail sentences for "non-compliance". This is all in the name of "saving the planet" of course.
What this Ponzi-scheme does is create a false, artificial scarcity in the right to produce energy. You see, the "carbon credits" sold by government-sanctioned "brokerage firms" will then be transferred to companies in payment for their "green products" such as solar panels, natural gas (which BP controls) and wind turbines. The "green companies" will literally earn TRILLIONS in windfall profits.
Of course, Goldman-Sachs will be the controlling "carbon credit" brokerage house – and will earn a hefty commission for each "credit" sold or traded.
Following his meeting in the Clinton/Gore White House, Lord Browne delivered a bombshell speech at Stanford University on May 19, 1997. There, BP employees arranged BP-made solar panels (BP is the largest manufacturer of solar panels and wind turbines in the world) in a massive circle around the open-air Frost amphitheater. Browne then proudly declared to the world: "On this day, a Big Oil company broke ranks with the rest of the oil industry. We took our first tentative steps to going green." Soon thereafter, with a huge splash of publicity, Lord Browne launched a massive "rebranding" campaign. What used to be British Petroleum became merely BP – as Browne declared means "Beyond Petroleum". The corporate logo then went from the classic Masonic shield, to a "helios" symbol – a green and yellow sunburst. (The HELIOS is a figure of Greek mythology meaning, literally, THE SUN GOD.)
Writing in his book, Beyond Business, the Lord Browne declares: "The new helios logo and the line ‘Beyond Petroleum' expressed the new identity of the company. They gave a strong message that BP was intent on becoming a new type of global energy enterprise. We meant to tell people that we were ready to do more than they would expect when it came to confronting the difficult issues, such as the conflict between energy and environmental needs."
Yes indeed. Cap and Trade is BP's baby and they are uniquely positioned to make TRILLIONS of dollars as soon as it is adopted worldwide. It has taken them 13 years to accomplish this – but all they needed was a massive "spill" of epic proportions to finalize their "plan". In his book, Lord Browne admits: "In order to know WHERE to reduce carbon emissions, we wanted to develop a simple EMISSIONS TRADING SCHEME within the company. It would become the first of its kind. And the person instrumental in helping us set this up was Fred Krupp, head of the Environmental Defense Fund, an environment NGO (non-government organization). We had come full circle. This NGO had virtually single-handedly halted the construction of the Trans Alaska Pipeline in the early 1970's." Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) finally was forced to sell its holdings to BP – who now owns the T.A.P. Clearly, Lord Browne and BP – the world's 4th largest multi-national corporation, is a well-camouflaged viper hiding in the tall grass.
ENTER BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA
Follow BP's "green" money folks, and things start to become a bit more in focus. What good is a corporate "rebranding" as a wonderful "green company" without a PR firm to sell it? BP and Lord Browne spent over $200 million to PR firms including Greenberg Quinland Rosner that brags on its website that they helped BP "remake itself as a company focused on transcending the energy-environment paradox." It is also very interesting that Stanley Greenberg enjoys a very cozy relationship with Obama and his chief of staff, Raum Emanuel.
Shortly after Obama's inauguration, Andrew Malcolm of the L.A. Times reported: "Eyebrows rose slightly upon word that, as a House member, Emanuel had LIVED FOR THE LAST FIVE YEARS RENT-FREE in a D.C. apartment of Democratic colleague Rep. Rosa DeLauro of Connecticut and her husband, Stanley Greenberg ----- a PRIME ARCHITECT OF BP'S REBRANDING DRIVE AS A GREEN PETROLEUM COMPANY." Malcolm also notes: "BP and its folks were SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTORS to the record $750 million dollar war chest of Barack Obama's 2007-2008 campaign." Moreover, according to Politico, "Obama is the top recipient of BP PAC and INDIVIDUAL MONEY over the last 20 years."
Little wonder then, that after touring the oil-contaminated beaches of Louisiana on June 15, Obama declared to the nation: "The time to embrace a CLEAN ENERGY FUTURE IS NOW." Of course, a "clean energy future" is synonymous with "Cap and Trade" legislation.
I submit that there is nothing the socialist Cap and Trade shysters (Lord Brown, Al Gore, George Soros, Maurice Strong et. al.) love more than a nice, juicy, oil-spill disaster to further their agenda. Also, as Raum Emanuel has often stated, they will never let a "perfectly good disaster go to waste" but will milk it to the max. Thus, logic demands that the bigger the disaster, the more powerful will be the impact (and thus the eventual profits) on ALL ASPECTS of "Cap and Trade". This is little more than a monumental SOCIALISTIC TOOL designed to redistribute the world's wealth and place more of it into the pockets of a select group of world elitists.

* TREACHERY IN THE GULF *
What has happened in the Gulf of Mexico was not by accident. It was most likely a design to support an agenda. What that agenda is we do not know exactly but I will try to connect the dots. We may soon know the true extent of its nature by the "solutions" our government imposes on the people in the Gulf area. There are some major problems: The Obama administration allowed BP to drill at an unstable site (highly over pressured) in 5,000 feet of water; BP CEO Tony Hayward dumped his BP stock 2 months before the spill; The well was kicking since they drilled into the production zone, so the drilling fluid or mud was underbalanced (mud weight not quite heavy enough for the upward pressure of the gas); Goldman Sachs dumped 44% of BP stock and went short on Transocean stock the day before the spill; The drilling crew knew that the annular blowout preventer was damaged and BP company man Kazula did not order it repaired; BP company man Kazula was a greenhorn on the Deepwater Horizon (he was inexperienced); The well was cased, cemented and had two cement abandonment plugs in place, so how could the well be kicking (trying to blow out)?; BP company man Kazula sent away the Schlumberger team (supposed to do the cement bond log to check Halliburton's cement job on the casing); Despite this the BP company man made the decision to change the mud over to seawater (seawater is 40% lighter than the drilling mud). This is not logical = Shouting match between the rig superintendent and the company man. Superintendent felt that the order to change over to seawater was irrational and suicidal...During the changeover of the mud to seawater is when the blowout naturally occurred; President Obama stood by but did not take action for at least three weeks after the spill; BP and the White House allowed the spill to continue; The White House allowed BP to spray the highly toxic chemical, Corexit 9500, which is considered to be four to ten times more toxic than the oil itself. EPA told BP not to use Corexit 9500 and BP ignored the federal agency. Corexit is being sprayed at nighttime on coastal residences by the CIA-front, Evergreen Air (which reportedly also sprays chemtrails); Negligible cleanup measures on the shores and at sea; Barack Obama sent SWAT teams to production platforms and drilling rigs; Obama sent the Army and National Guard into the Gulf States for what reason? Suppression of investigative reporting of the spill; BP arrested people taking pictures of the area; BP is allowed to reap the benefit of gathering oil rather than stopping the spill; Interests and livelihood of the residents suppressed and not considered in decisions; President Obama is using the spill to get the "Cap and Trade" bill passed; Twenty-two countries have offered their experience in spill control and cleanup but neither our government nor BP has accepted their offers; BP and Obama have declined to use non-toxic microbes as a clean-up measure; BP company man Kazula invoked the Fifth Amendment under congressional questioning of his orders Where are the environmental groups? The Santa Barbara spill in 1969 was from an offshore drilling rig in the Santa Barbara Channel. It was a blowout on Union Oil's platform A; over ten days it was estimated that 80,000 to 100,000 barrels of crude oil spilled into the channel and onto the beaches from Goleta to Rincon and all four Channel Islands. The oil spill prompted a congressional moratorium in 1981 on new offshore oil leasing with exceptions of the Gulf of Mexico and parts of offshore Alaska that remained in effect until 2008 when Congress did not renew it. This was the coming out of environmental groups. At the same time Friends of the Earth was heavily supported by BP, ARCO, and EXXON in its litigation against those companies to prevent the completion of the Alaska Pipeline until the price of oil was raised by the Ayatollah in 1978. Friends of the Earth then withdrew is lawsuit and the pipeline was allowed to begin transporting much more valuable oil. In 1989 we saw the Exxon Valdez spill which was the largest oil spill at 10.8 million gallons (250,000 barrels) when it hit the Prince William Sound's Bligh Reef. Others estimated a far greater amount, closer to 30 million gallons. It was considered to be one of the most devastating environmental disasters. The tanker's Rayas sonar was not turned on. It was broken and disabled for longer than one year and was considered too expensive to repair or replace. The environmental groups were all over them, and the media piled on. The Exxon Valdez crew was criticized for its slow response. The environmental groups were powerful and their voices were heard. In response to this spill the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (OPA) was passed by Congress. It prohibited after 22 MAR 1989 any vessel that has caused a spill of greater than one million US gallons in any marine area from operating in the Prince William Sound. Even though the tanker involved in the spill was double-hulled, this spill resulted in all tankers ordered to be double-hulled. To this day, the spill affects the lives of the people living in the Prince William Sound area. The cleanup has not been successful; more than 26,000 gals of oil remain on the shoreline and the marine life has not recovered. Only 10% of the oil was recovered. Even though the environmental groups may have had some effect on the spill it was the community that took the full brunt of the accident. The Chugach Alaska Corporation had to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Losses included recreational sports, fisheries, reduced tourism and of something economists call "existence value," which is the value to the public of a pristine Prince William Sound. The economy of Cordova, Alaska was adversely affected with damage to the herring and salmon stock. Several residents and the mayor committed suicide. Let's take a look at what happened to the cleanup crew of the Exxon Valdez. Workers stood in oil foam for 18 hours per day. The boats steered through a hydrocarbon haze. The workers came from the area fisherman and sportsmen suddenly jobless. They were hired by Exxon. They were treated for headaches, nausea, chemical burns, breathing problems. Many or all of them were never the same after working the summer for Exxon. Most of the workers died young due to lung disease (asthma, emphysema), liver, pancreatic and spleen problems. Workers went in 100% healthy and came out sick. Well and vibrant, they all became sick after a summer of hard work in Prince William Sound. There were thousands of workers affected by headaches, cancer, rashes, kidney and liver disease all the result of massive chemical exposure to the dispersants, solvents and crude oil mix. We may never know how many people were affected by the Exxon Valdez spill because Exxon and their cleanup company, Velco Inc., denied government investigators the medical records. Russia is another country that has had uncontrollable blowouts. They have had five cratered blowouts. They found that drilling a relief well that intersects the wild well and then placing and detonating a nuclear device (which slid the formation across the wild well bore, choking it off) were successful solutions. In 1963 the Russians had a horrible blowout that lasted three years spewing twelve million cubic meters of flaming gas each day. Albert Vasiliev (nuclear physicist and gas well firefighter) said, "We were acting like surgeons in last resort cases, but it worked." The blowout sounded like 100 jet planes all at once. A nuclear blast choked it off. This method was found to be effective and they used it on similar cases. Vyacheslav Klishin (nuclear physicist, gas well firefighter) said, "One needs to tie up the well where the leak is. There are only two ways: 1. [A relief well to intersect the wild well, injecting mud and cement into the bore]; 2. A nuclear explosion." The Russians and other countries are obviously alarmed by the Gulf catastrophe and have offered their experience and expertise in wild well control, but Barack Obama and BP have ignored their offers. We can only infer from this that our government and BP are not going to control the well. There is an agenda, but what is it? What will happen if the well continues to release 125,000 barrels of oil and at least 9,000 PSI hydrogen sulfide, benzene and methylene chloride gases each day? Benzene is the aromatic hydrocarbon component of crude oil, which is highly toxic and carcinogenic to boot. Acceptable levels are 0 to 4 parts per billion. In Florida, Alabama and Louisiana they have measured 3,000 ppb on shore! Hydrogen sulfide is allowable at 5 to 10 parts per billion. In the above states, H2S has been measured at up to 1,200 ppb. The allowable limit of methylene chloride is 61 parts per billion. The same states have found levels as high as 3,000 to 3,400 ppd! The oil flow in the Gulf is equivalent to the Exxon Valdez every two days. It will follow the currents of the Gulf of Mexico to the shores of Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Bahamas and the Caribbean. Russian scientists have said that, once in the Gulf Stream, it will drastically affect the fishing industry globally. There are millions of families that have made their livelihoods on fishing, shrimping and crabbing. The restaurant, hotel and sports businesses based on tourism will be affected. The chemicals have evaporated into the atmosphere and have condensed, falling on the plant life, farms and the entire environment surrounding the Gulf of Mexico causing corrosive lesions on plants and killing the birds. It is now raining chemicals in Louisiana. There may be more that it has affected so far but this is what we have seen on the Internet and YouTube. The currents move around the peninsula of Florida and along the East Coast. This will directly affect more coastal regions in a similar fashion as what we are seeing in the Gulf. We are nearing the hurricane season which will drive the toxic mixture inland. The toxic combination of oil, methane and Corexit will continue to have detrimental effects on our environment and humanity. It is a carcinogen. The hydrocarbon fumes and Corexit are causing symptoms which will manifest in diseases that will afflict plants, animals and humans. People along the coastal regions will become sick and die prematurely. It is ironic that the moral and ethical guidelines for the United Nations' Wildlands Project are based on the philosophy of "Deep Ecology." Our government and BP are creating a famine by letting the blowout continue in its present state. As mentioned above, the EPA objected to the use of Corexit 9500 but Barack Obama did not step in to stop its use. Greenpeace has a boat in the Gulf of Mexico performing research. Research is not the first step that is needed in this life-changing disaster. This is the only NGO environmental group that I have seen in the mainstream media. They have not spoken out on the marine life that is being killed daily, nor have they made any statements on the use of the cancerous chemical Corexit. There is a report from the Sea Turtle Restoration Project that BP has stopped the rescue of Kemp's Ridleys that were trapped in the oil. These sea turtles are being burned with the oil. Burning the oil releases toxic fumes into the atmosphere. We seem to be witnessing the collapse of the environmental organizations, none of which has an expected strident position regarding the worst ecological disaster that the modern world has ever known. Hasn't it been their self-appointed responsibility to speak out? Are the environmental organizations taking money from the big polluters? Every step during this disaster appears to be controlled by an unprecedented amount of greed. Even greed does not figure because so much natural wealth is being destroyed. What is really going on here? Barack Obama spoke to the nation for the first time last week with confident assurances that the Gulf coast would be restored to its original condition eventually. There was no method mentioned. He has made four photo ops trips to the Gulf region, conferring mainly with BP and local leaders. He did not speak to the people who reside in the area. The last one I saw was a silent video showing Obama with a BP cleanup crew relaxing at a picnic table. A local resident commented, "The cleanup crew was there for appearances only; their garbage bags were empty. When Obama left, they got on a bus and left, too. Why do we have a media blackout on a catastrophe that will affect the whole world? BP has hired the CIA-front company, Wackenhut, to patrol the shoreline and prevent reporters, residents and visitors from witnessing, describing and recording the damage. Private thugs are forcing the public off public beaches. In 1966, The Report from Iron Mountain asked the question: How do you duplicate the total control over the population in peacetime that you have during wartime? Written by Leonard Lewin and immediately branded a satire by government spokesmen, it nevertheless had the ring of truth. We have since seen all of its extreme programs brought to life by the US government. The most notable example is the 1992 Agenda for the 21st Century. Agenda 21 is a United Nations program but it was spearheaded and directly sponsored by President George H.W. Bush at the Rio Conference. President Bush promised the attendees that Americans would one day pledge their allegiance to the United Nations as he made Agenda 21 de facto US policy. Once in office, one of the first things President Clinton did by executive order was establish the Presidents Council for Sustainable Development. All aspects of life were covered, though no one in Congress complained or demanded hearings or any sort of debate. Seventeen years later we see Agenda 21 being quietly enforced in federal, state and local laws and regulations. Agenda 21 is the framework for world government, imposed on us by our own town and city councils, our own county supervisors. But it's not called "Agenda 21" by the planners. It's called "Sustainable Development." "Sustainable Development" is a code word for world government. The term "world government" is a euphemism for merciless dictatorship. The excuses are the issues of environmental protection, preservation of water and anti-pollution. For example, most of America will be designated as "wildlands" and will be off-limits to Americans. After a severe reduction of the population, survivors will be highly concentrated into "Smart Growth" cities, stacked and packed into high-rise housing projects. By reducing the population to the numbers found around the Dark Ages (five hundred million), government control is thought by the planners to be manageable. To get down to five hundred million people from our present population of six billion people will require a ninety-two percent reduction. The reliable methods of population reduction we saw in the last century Capitalist world wars and Communism only achieved reductions in the hundreds of millions. Famine and genocide in Africa were not sufficiently destructive. Agenda 21 calls for the slaughter of five and a half billion people. AIDS has affected its target populations here and in Africa but the Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Ebola, Lyme disease, BSE (mad cow disease) have not taken the numbers wanted. These are all, in my opinion, government-created weapons. Government vaccine programs have not been successful in creating disease and mortality in the numbers needed. The right combination, however, of disease and famine could accomplish the goal. The oil flow, blown inland by storms, will create water shortages by poisoning fresh water sources. People who have been subsistence-living will no longer have ways to live as they had been doing for generations. Farmers will lose production due to chemical rain, thus creating food shortages and famine across America and possibly Mexico and South America. People living on seafood will have the most difficulty and may die off quickly. Oil residue has already been seen in seafood in restaurants and grocery stores. More economic alternative food sources will be sought as the price of seafood skyrockets. Genetically-altered food sources created by Monsanto will cause disease and early death. Already the use of Monsanto "suicide seeds" in America has adversely affected the honey bees. Our honey bee population has been drastically reduced. Scientists have found that the genetically-altered DNA has affected bee nervous systems, causing a die off, which is now called "colony collapse disorder." Without honey bees, pollination ceases and this will be the end of a natural way of life. There will be migrations to urban areas as the coastal people lose everything that made their lives worth living. The "Smart Growth" collectivization of stacking and packing will begin. A single family home with a yard will be something of the past and longed for. Actually the packing of people into small areas will increase the spread of diseases and violence. Two of the tenets of Deep Ecology philosophy in the Wildlands Project are: The human population must be reduced; western civilization must radically change its present economic, technological and ideological structures. Independent entrepreneurs will be things of the past. To support the Wildlands Project we find the American Lands Alliance group and, at the state level, the creation of the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana (CRCL), which has turned into a land-grab with the support of the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Coastal Restoration and Protection Authority (CRPA). Here is how it works (from "The Louisiana Land-Grab" by Zack Walley): The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers has moved to usurp traditional private property protections in Louisiana's Atchafalaya Basin. In a highly questionable action the USACE has forced conservation easements on the properties of an untold number of homeowners, farmers, timber producers and sportsmen in a 338,000 acre area (equaling an area 10 miles wide and 53 miles long). In an attempt to avoid the Fifth Amendment's prohibition against land takings, the USACE attorney did not refer to these as conservation easements but called them 'Flowage Development Control and Environmental Protection Easements' (FLOWAGE) and used some really 'new math' to adjust the 'fair-market value' of the property down from $1,000 per acre to $125. Every day that BP and our government allow the oil to flow and the use of Corexit, more of the earth will be poisoned. The land won't be worth a dollar and a quarter, never mind a hundred and a quarter. The marine life that does survive will be contaminated. Recovery of the areas affected is highly unlikely especially when looking at our past record in the Exxon Valdez spill. The use of cancer-causing Corexit has made this disaster many times more toxic than just oil alone. News reporter Kerry Kennedy says the people in the Gulf are experiencing symptoms of nausea, headaches and burning eyes. Didn't BP learn anything from Exxon, or did they learn too much? No one is encouraged to wear respirators and rubber gloves because BP is worried about causing a state of hysteria, i.e., a state of awareness. The doctors do not know exactly how to treat the patients coming in since they don't know what chemicals BP is using. Only band aids and aspirin are provided to the workers in the Gulf by BP's company doctors. All I can say is that a majority of the Valdez workers were dead ten years later. The White House has not responded appropriately so BP as a corporation has taken control of the area without the consent of the people. (This from a man whose largest campaign contributor was BP) We would not have to be using so much oil if so many inventors of alternative energy and free energy had not been frightened off or killed. Obama's first televised address to the nation was right out of the UN's Sustainable Development handbook, the comprehensive plan to regulate our behavior via the federal, state and local levels of government, primarily the local level. This scheme has been enhanced until recently by the term "global warming," which was necessarily modified to "global climate change," since we now appear to be in a cooling period. Fortunately, the last climate change conference in Copenhagen failed to produce a new climate change treaty. At Copenhagen, some of the American conservation groups demanded a course of action that will lead to environmental disaster faster. BP is heavily tied to eco-groups like Conservation International and Nature Conservancy. Real science often is thrown out the window to accommodate the programs of Big Oil and Big Coal. This will only be tackled when the green lobbyists in the US stop taking cash from Big Oil and Big Coal. City Paper pointed out that BP spent "hundreds of millions of dollars" to "transform its image from that of a dirty old oil company into 'Beyond Petroleum' a company so environmentally friendly it had transcended oil drilling (and spilling) for happy, sunny and clean technologies such as wind and solar. They also noted that the environmental groups "trumpeted their ties to corporations, arguing that these partnerships lead to better corporate environmental policies and less damage to the planet." That's exactly how the relationship between BP and Conservation International was framed by ABC's "Nightline" back in 2002". The main objectives are to end national sovereignty, abolition of private property, the "restructuring" of the family unit, increasing restrictions on mobility and individual opportunity. Barack Obama's way to do this is with something he calls "Cap and Trade." I must admit, for the longest time I did not know what "Cap and Trade" meant. Nothing in those three words suggests anything to do with ecology but "Cap and Trade" is an environmentally-based scam, an artificial marketplace designed to reduce pollution by paying people who reduce pollution with money from polluters. "Cap" refers to limits, or caps, on emissions. So, we would have an emissions trading system in which total emissions are limited, or capped. Permits would be allocated or auctioned up to the set cap on emissions and a market would allow polluting members who are emitting less than their quotas to sell their excess permits to polluters who need to buy "credits" to meet their caps. Which is all as totally phony as it sounds, and as totally phony as "man-made global warming." The globe is warmed by the sun, or not, if it puts out less heat. Paying money or being paid has nothing to do with pollution or "greenhouse gasses." What "Cap and Trade" does is to create more restrictions and controls on people. Some are asking, is there a hidden agenda behind all the foot dragging to the clean-up and to stopping the spill? At my local library, which covers Santa Barbara County, I asked the reference librarian to help me find anything on the Agenda for the 21st Century. What I found was surprising. There were no books, magazines or videos on this subject. The librarian found two brief articles and one review article not on the subject of Agenda 21 but on one aspect of it, the Wildlands Project. The buzz words "Sustainable Development" were used. Nowhere in the public library could one try to inform himself on the scope of Agenda 21. I suspect that this is the way it is throughout America. Agenda 21 is literally a hidden agenda. The policymakers have created innocent-sounding catch phrases to capture the hearts and minds of our educators and their students. It will be the students who are the spring board to making Agenda 21 possible through grassroots groups that will carry over to our city councils, town councils and county boards where the policies are made. All these "Sustainable Development" policies and regulations have stolen our soul for life for the communal good. These policies are destroying the soul of life. This is what we are giving up every time we accept these policies. The first point in the moral and ethical guidelines for the Wildlands Project is: All life (human and non-human) has equal value (a minnow is as valuable as man). What we are giving away is what sets man apart from all other animals, our souls. This is the most devastating disaster that we have known. It will affect millions of people in the Gulf States, the Eastern Coast and everywhere the Gulf Stream goes. Agenda 21 is not only for America it is international as a United Nations policy for the New World Order. But while we still have some tattered shreds of our Bill of Rights left, each of us who has an ounce of soul left needs to find out for himself and herself the full extent of Agenda 21 and how it will impact on your family's life. Agenda 21 has been creeping through each town and city council for 17 years. The first thing to do is to take a good look at what is happening to the people who are living in the Gulf States and etch into our brains what will happen to your family in the near future. Our response to this must be to seize control of our local institutions, our town and city councils and county boards of supervisors and force the rejection of any and all programs, regulations and policies that conform to the United Nations' Agenda for the 21st Century. Gulf Coast residents must demand non-toxic forms of clean-up such as bioremediation, i.e., oil-eating microbes.

I have compiled some information studying this oil spill. On the surface it appears to be one of the worst "ACCIDENTS" in the history of the world. However, if one were to look deeper, they might see a pattern forming to which it was specifically designed.

One of the best ways to increase profits is to make sure that you have work. So, if one were to create a disaster in which they were hired to clean, they immediately are able to replace lost profits by gaining contracts for clean-up.

This to many people is a very scary time to be alive in the world. Though very difficult to understand, full of great challenges - and even simply to survive peacefully in many places - we as a global community are now witnessing some of the most dramatic discoveries, changes, and developments since 'The Sons of God' brought us some of the first gifts from Heaven long, long ago - Language, Math, Astrology, etc., things we have known about for eons, yet due to cataclysms, ice ages, and extinction, had long forgotten . . .
We are once again - in my opinion - discovering what we once knew a very long time ago, and why, as is stated in one of our most revered pieces of inspired literature The Bible - we have been created in the image of God . . .

The controversial feat, which has occupied 20 scientists for more than 10 years at an estimated cost of $40m, was described by one researcher as "a defining moment in biology".
Craig Venter, the pioneering US geneticist behind the experiment, said the achievement heralds the dawn of a new era in which new life is made to benefit humanity, starting with bacteria that churn out biofuels, soak up carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and even manufacture vaccines.
However critics, including some religious groups, condemned the work, with one organisation warning that artificial organisms could escape into the wild and cause environmental havoc or be turned into biological weapons. Others said Venter was playing God.
The new organism is based on an existing bacterium that causes mastitis in goats, but at its core is an entirely synthetic genome that was constructed from chemicals in the laboratory.
The single-celled organism has four "watermarks" written into its DNA to identify it as synthetic and help trace its descendants back to their creator, should they go astray.
"We were ecstatic when the cells booted up with all the watermarks in place," Dr Venter told the Guardian. "It's a living species now, part of our planet's inventory of life."
Dr Venter's team developed a new code based on the four letters of the genetic code, G, T, C and A, that allowed them to draw on the whole alphabet, numbers and punctuation marks to write the watermarks. Anyone who cracks the code is invited to email an address written into the DNA.
The research is reported online today in the journal Science.
"This is an important step both scientifically and philosophically," Dr Venter told the journal. "It has certainly changed my views of definitions of life and how life works."
The team now plans to use the synthetic organism to work out the minimum number of genes needed for life to exist. From this, new microorganisms could be made by bolting on additional genes to produce useful chemicals, break down pollutants, or produce proteins for use in vaccines.
Julian Savulescu, professor of practical ethics at Oxford University, said: "Venter is creaking open the most profound door in humanity's history, potentially peeking into its destiny. He is not merely copying life artificially ... or modifying it radically by genetic engineering. He is going towards the role of a god: creating artificial life that could never have existed naturally."

** A brand new, in-depth investigation into the background of Barack Obama may spell big trouble ahead regarding the issue of Presidential eligibility.
The investigation was conducted by Northeast Intelligence Network--a team of experienced, professional private investigators whose services have been utilized by Fortune-500 companies. The director, Douglas J. Hagmann, is a 23-year veteran in high-level investigations and is a member of the International Counter-Terrorism Officers Association.
Hagmann's investigation into the background and Constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to serve as President of the United States is extensive and thorough. His conclusions are stunning.
For example, neither of Obama's parents were citizens of the United States at the time of his birth. Therefore, Obama would have to have been born on U.S. soil in order to qualify as a 'natural born citizen' according to the qualifications specified in the Constitution.
But Hagmann's investigation reveals that, contrary to the notion of those who point to a short-form birth certificate in Hawaii, and 2 birth announcements in Hawaiian newspapers, neither of these factors proves anything at all about Obama's status or citizenship:
the Certification of Live Birth is consistently cited by individuals, the media and others to prove the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein OBAMA. Nonetheless, even an authenticated and genuine Certification of Live Birth is legally insufficient for the purpose of proving eligibility, as it merely represents that OBAMA’s birth record is on file in the state of Hawaii. It falls short of providing the information necessary to determine constitutional eligibility in at least two areas: it does not offer any information regarding who supplied the information, nor does it confirm the authenticity of the information provided. Again, it merely indicates that the information is “on file.”
In other words, the 'certification of live birth' as touted by Obama apologists and the mainstream media as 'proof' Obama meets the eligibility requirements of the Constitution actually proves nothing.
In addition, Hagmann disputes the notion that birth announcements in local Hawaiian newspapers provide proof:
Many who argue that Barack Hussein OBAMA II was born in Hawaii not only point to the COLB as direct evidence of eligibility, but they also point to two separate birth announcements that appear in the Honolulu Sunday Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin in 1961. Barack Obama was a founding member, chairman, and past President of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, which was also funded by the Annenberg Foundation. Thus, the supposed 'neutrality' of Factcheck.org can safely be called into question.
The bottom line is that so far absolutely no positive proof has been provided that establishes that Barack Obama was born on American soil.
Why is this important? An individual who would spend millions of dollars hiding his background and pertinent documents from the public, and who would make false statements about about his history, cannot be trusted to tell the American people the truth about what his policy initiatives are intended to do regarding the 'fundamental change' of America. **

* The So-Called U.S. 'Drug War' - Paredes Sentenced To 31 Years In Prison . . .
Hello . . Sorry folks, but I have been on vacation for the past month or so, and have been away from my computer for much of the time. I read an article yesterday in The New York Daily News, something that is becoming more of a tabloid lately than a legitimate news publication . . .
I always get upset when I read about the long failed U.S. 'Drug War' and the sordid details that make up either its history or its current events. We used to hear about Colombia - for years and years we became numb over details of 'Cocaine Cowboys', the Medellin Cartel, Pablo Escobar, The Ochoa Family, and so on. Then, realizing the american people were very aware that our Government was failing miserably in their so-called 'efforts' to do anything substantial about the 'problem', they simply shifted the focus of our attention to elsewhere. Today, 15-25 years later, that focus is Mexico - as far as this hemisphere is concerned - I won't even mention Afghanistan at this time, for the story would become too long, and I don't have that much time right now . . .
Colombia is still very much the major player it always was. Nothing has changed. But gee, isn't it a little odd, that we don't really hear much about Colombia these days? I wonder why that is . . .

There is at least 25 million worth of material in the above photo, and that is nothing compared to what they will see this year. Why do you think our military is really in Afghanistan, or South America? Wherever we are, it is to control and stem the flow of various natural resources - the drugs of modern society - whether it be gas or oil, cocaine or heroin - so that WE, and not someone else, might profit from it. This M.O. goes way, way back, folks, to the time of your great great grandparents; nothing has changed nor will it ever change. Each and every U.S. president in modern history has been directly and intimately involved with large scale drug trafficking in their home states and elsewhere. It puts millions of 'bad' people in prison, and creates the 'legitimate' funding of the entire infrastructure to do so, from law enforcement, to the prison system, to the court system and beyond. No one in real power here wants this to stop - otherwise they wouldn't let the drugs get into Mexico in the first place - by easily controlling the borders between South America and Central America. Instead they let it FLOW and FLOW, all the way up to the U.S./Mexico border, where the actual border is 100 times longer and much more difficult to secure. There is so much B.S. here I am getting a stomach ache just thinking about it . . . more on this soon . . .
The U.S. Drug War really isn't my favorite subject of interest these days, but I definitely shall continue to address the issue, especially as it pertains to military activities in Afghanistan and the surrounding theatre. I haven't written in a few weeks, and just needed to get warmed up again . .

* THE WASHINGTON POST HAS COMPLETELY WHITEWASHED new revelations concerning how close Saddam Hussein came to obtaining a nuclear bomb by failing to mention the fact that the provider, Khan Research Laboratories, was SHIELDED FROM INVESTIGATION BY THE U.S. GOVERNMENT for decades.
“As troops massed on his border near the start of the Persian Gulf War, Iraqi President Saddam Hussein weighed the purchase of a $150 million nuclear “package” deal that included not only weapons designs but also production plants and foreign experts to supervise the building of a nuclear bomb, according to documents uncovered by a former U.N. weapons inspector,” reports the Post today.
“The offer, made in 1990 by an agent linked to disgraced Pakistani scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan, guaranteed Iraq a weapons-assembly line capable of producing nuclear warheads in as little as three years.”
However, the report completely fails to even mention the fact that Khan Research Laboratories, the source from which Saddam would have procured a nuclear bomb, was protected from investigation by the U.S. government since at least the mid-1970’s, as investigative journalist Greg Palast exposed in a 2001 BBC report.
In 2004, Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, the father of Pakistan’s atom bomb program, admitted sharing nuclear technology via a worldwide smuggling network that included facilities in Malaysia that manufactured key parts for centrifuges.
Khan’s collaborator B.S.A. Tahir ran a front company out of Dubai that shipped centrifuge components to North Korea.
Despite Dutch authorities being deeply suspicious of Khan’s activities as far back as 1975, the CIA prevented them from arresting him on two occasions.
“The man was followed for almost ten years and obviously he was a serious problem. But again I was told that the secret services could handle it more effectively,” former Dutch Prime Minister Ruud Lubbers said. “The Hague did not have the final say in the matter. Washington did.”
Lubbers stated that Khan was allowed to slip in and out of the Netherlands with the blessing of the CIA, eventually allowing him to become the “primary salesman of an extensive international network for the proliferation of nuclear technology and know-how,” according to George W. Bush himself, and sell nuclear secrets that allowed North Korea to build nuclear bombs.
“Lubbers suspects that Washington allowed Khan’s activities because Pakistan was a key ally in the fight against the Soviets,” reports CFP. “At the time, the US government funded and armed mujahideen such as Osama bin Laden. They were trained by Pakistani intelligence to fight Soviet troops in Afghanistan. Anwar Iqbal, Washington correspondent for the Pakistani newspaper Dawn, told ISN Security Watch that Lubbers’ assertions may be correct. “This was part of a long-term foolish strategy. The US knew Pakistan was developing nuclear weapons but couldn’t care less because it was not going to be used against them. It was a deterrent against India and possibly the Soviets.”
In September 2005 it emerged that the Amsterdam court which sentenced Khan to four years imprisonment in 1983 had lost the legal files pertaining to the case. The court’s vice-president, Judge Anita Leeser, accused the CIA of stealing the files. “Something is not right, we just don’t lose things like that,” she told Dutch news show NOVA. “I find it bewildering that people lose files with a political goal, especially if it is on request of the CIA. It is unheard of.”
In 2005, Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf acknowledged that Khan had provided centrifuges and their designs to North Korea.
Having armed once branch of the “axis of evil,” it’s no surprise that Khan was also used in an attempt to arm Saddam Hussein with nuclear weapons, opening up another perfect justification for Iraq to subsequently be invaded and occupied by U.S. forces.
Although the 2003 invasion was sold on the lie that Saddam was hiding weapons of mass destruction which proved to be non-existent, it wasn’t for the want of trying, since efforts to arm Saddam with nuclear weapons via the Khan network were a mere continuation of the U.S. government’s program to provide Saddam with chemical and biological weapons, tools used to commit atrocities that were later cited by the U.S. as one of the primary reasons for the attack.
Of course, since the Washington Post is a mouthpiece for the new world order and the Bilderberg Group that owns it, in covering the Khan-Saddam connection writer Joby Warrick knows that his bosses wouldn’t be pleased if he actually gave you more than half the story, which is why his article amounts to nothing more than a misleading whitewash.

Obama's routine physical at the Bethesda Naval Medical Center found him in "excellent health" and "fit for duty" but the docs also included a cryptic recommendation that he "continue smoking cessation efforts."
Obama should continue his "nicotine replacement therapy - self-use (gum or the patch)," the doctor said.

The same thing is true about just the false scare of a threat of using some kind of a chemical weapon or a biological one. There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. The Seismologic Division of the Ministry of National Infrastructure's Geophysical Institute will attempt to simulate an earthquake in the southern Negev on Thursday [August 27, 2009]. The experiment, financed by the U.S. Defense Department, is a joint project with the University of Hawaii and is part of a scientific project intended to improve seismological and acoustic readings in Israel and its environs, up to a 1,000 km/621 mile radius.
The experiment intends to improve the understanding of sound waves in the atmosphere. Scientists will then be able to fine-tune Israel’s seismological equipment to give advance warning of earthquakes. Measurements will also be taken in other countries, including Cyprus, Greece, France, and Germany.
Israel will create a controlled explosion of 80 tons of explosive material, which will simulate the intensity of a tremor after an earthquake of Magnitude 3. Natural earthquakes of a similar intensity occur in the Middle East region about once a week, without the public feeling them.

WHO, REALLY, ARE THE OLYMPIC JUDGES . . ???
* WHO, REALLY, ARE THE OLYMPIC JUDGES . . ??? *
I WONDER . . WHO, EXACTLY, ARE THE people sitting in those judges seats, behind the monitors, with those pens and pads in front of them, doing all that judging - of the world's greatest athletic performers and performances . . ?
Who is paying them, who are they REALLY working for, and from whom do they take their orders? I am left wondering this, after some of the truly bizarre 'judgements' that have been handed out over the course of the past several days. In our Olympics, some - many, actually - of the competitions do not actually require 'judgements', but merely rely on such simple things as accurate timekeeping, in order to determine who has won an event. Some require only that, while others fall within an area where, along with time, several other factors much be judged, giving certain additions and/or deductions along the way. Then there are the events where time is really not at great issue and instead, a battery of judges must each weigh dozens of factors about a given athlete's performance, in order to tally some 'total', a final number, corresponding to exactly how well or how poorly they performed at said event . . .
Now I am left to wonder - does this 'number' represent how well they really did, or instead, does it represent how well the judges FEEL they did at that particular time and place? Because in my humble and honest opinion, and from what I have seen recently, many of our hard working young champions have been, and are are continuing to be, ROBBED of the good scores they clearly deserve . . .
Let's take the men's figure skating, for example. Last night Johnny Weir was robbed of the true recognition and accurate 'judgement' he deserved, after putting up an extremely clean and very well skated performance from among his competitors. In my opinion absolutely NO ONE put up an amazingly stellar and perfect performance; everyone who skated last night was certainly very capable of doing, and should've done, either a little or A LOT better than they did when it finally came down to crunch time . . .
So we must ask ourselves . . out of all the less-than-perfect performances, who had the least amount of gross, quantifiable errors? Well, one of them was definitely Weir. He had virtually no real mistakes whatsoever. Does this not count for anything these days, when almost every other athlete at these Games has choked somewhere under one of the many understandable pressures they all are under, whether it be the small fact that this is the most important competition in the world, or the fact that millions and millions of people are watching you, along with having to perform in front of all your friends and family, and their friends, for your country, everyone who is expecting and depending on you to be Superman or Superwoman on that particular day, etc., etc. . . . whew.
Elvis Stojko, the Canadian ex-champ silver medalist, who at one time just happened to be a pretty good quad jumper, is these days a Yahoo Sports Olympics commentator, and he has lashed out at the judges for their decision to elevate Evan Lysacek's final score to one just past - and beating - that of the Russian champ, Evgeny Plushenko, giving Evan the gold. This, I think, is because Plushenko also does a quad, like Elvis used to do. Or is it because Stojko is vehemently anti-American when it comes to men's skating? I am confused . . .
There are great expectations on these skaters to perform their jumping spins flawlessly - those very difficult maneuvers that require speed, lots of air, perfect timing, precision, and a perfectly executed landing - those triples, those axles, those combinations. Then there is the other half of the event, where 'art' is involved, and where beautiful music and great choreography come into play. Then there is this weird/gray area. Where it's like 'you have to do a quad' to be considered the best. And if you don't, then how good the rest of your performance was really doesn't matter much of the time. Well, I have seen great, wonderful, more artistic and more intuitive performances from skaters who didn't do a quad, performances where clearly, greatness was exhibited and where, in that respect, a quad shouldn't have to count for anything.
Such was the lackluster quad put up by Plushenko last night. Yeah, it may be a quad, but it clearly wasn't done without difficulty and it certainly wasn't executed without flaws. Personally, I would rather see a perfect triple than a sloppy quad any day. Is it just me? I enjoyed watching Lysacek's full, clean triples, and honestly was not particularly blown over by Plushenko's barely-made-it-through, weak quad. Though again, neither skater was at their very best; their airs could've and should've been higher, the pressure of the moment was clear on both of them, they could've done this, they should've done that, etc., etc., . . .
So - where does technical stop and art start, or vice-versa? What percentage of points is granted to each area of an event? Because there clearly seems to be a serious problem here. Weir, receiving LESS points than a skater who actually FELL during his routine - such as was the case with Simon Cho from Canada - what the hell is that?

Well, I have seen great, wonderful, more artistic and more intuitive performances from skaters who didn't do a quad, performances where clearly, greatness was exhibited and where, in that respect, a quad shouldn't have to count for anything.
Such was the lackluster quad put up by Plushenko last night. Yeah, it may be a quad, but it clearly wasn't done without difficulty and it certainly wasn't executed without flaws. Personally, I would rather see a perfect triple than a sloppy quad any day. Is it just me? I enjoyed watching Lysacek's full, clean triples, and honestly was not particularly blown over by Plushenko's barely-made-it-through, weak quad. Though again, neither skater was at their very best; their airs could've and should've been higher, the pressure of the moment was clear on both of them, they could've done this, they should've done that, etc., etc., . . .
So - where does technical stop and art start, or vice-versa? What percentage of points is granted to each area of an event? Because there clearly seems to be a serious problem here. Weir, receiving LESS points than a skater who actually FELL during his routine - such as was the case with Simon Cho from Canada - what the hell is that?
There is a conspiracy going on here . . .

HAITI - & ITS VAST OIL AND GOLD RESERVES . . .
The great tragedy of the 7.0 earthquake that essentially destroyed the nation of Haiti has many wondering if that nation can ever recover. In fact, as you read this Haiti continues to be a disaster zone of unprecedented magnitude. Lots of money has been raised by celebrities, but victims of the earthquake in Haiti are still absolutely desperate for food and water.
But even as Haiti struggles to recover from the greatest disaster in that nation's history, information is coming to light that the key to a brighter future for the Haitians may have been lying under their feet all this time. It turns out that there are massive reserves of gold and oil in Haiti. These abundant natural resources could be used to rebuild Haiti and give those people an incredibly bright future - if someone else does not sweep in and steal those resources first.
I'll have to admit when I first heard about oil in Haiti I was quite skeptical.
After all, why wouldn't we have heard about it by now if they had it?
Well, the reality is that there are vast untapped oil reserves in many areas of the globe, and Haiti's have not been developed due to the violence and political instability that have ravaged that nation for decades. Not to mention the fact that Haiti does not possess the technical expertise to exploit those resources.
But apparently they do exist.
According to a report in the French newspaper Le Post, scientists Daniel and Ginette Mathurin say that Haiti's oil reserves are larger than those of Venezuela.
In fact, Daniel Mathurin says that Haiti's oil reserves are so much larger that they are not even worth comparing....
"An Olympic pool compared to a glass of water that is the comparison to show the importance of oil Haitian compared to those of Venezuela."
That is an amazing statement considering the fact that Venezuela is one of the world's major oil producers.
But Daniel and Ginette Mathurin are not the only ones making these claims about oil in Haiti.
In a paper dated March 27, 2004, Dr. Georges Michel detailed the history of oil discoveries in Haiti and explained why they have not been exploited yet.
According to Michel, the big oil companies know about the massive reserves of oil in Haiti but in the 50s and 60s there was almost too much oil to go around so they decided that those reserves were not needed at the time and that they would be kept in reserve until later....
[The attitude of these big multinational oil companies was] "We shall keep the Haitian deposits and other such layers of deposits in reserve for the 21st century when the Middle Eastern jackpot are depleted."
In fact, it was apparently known as far back as 1908 that Haiti has substantial reserves of oil.
But those poor people have been kept in abject poverty all this time when they could have been benefiting from all of this oil.
Not only that, but Haiti also apparently possesses a great deal of gold as well.
A United Nations study in the 70s indicated Haiti could be littered with gold and copper deposits. However, the same political violence and recurring coups that have kept the oil in Haiti from being exploited have also kept the gold from being mined.
So how much gold does Haiti have? Well, the former president of Dominican Petroleum Refinery recently said that Haiti has vast untapped reserves of gold and iridium (a little known and rare mineral that is vital for the construction of spacecraft) and that these resources should be used to pay off the Haitian foreign debt.
And he is not alone in his assessment.
Back in 2007 a geologist with 27 years of experience hunting for gold was asked what he thought the chances of discovering huge amounts of gold in Haiti were. This is how he responded....
"I don't think there's a question of whether there's a good deposit here. It's a question of whether we can develop it here in Haiti."
In fact, analysts are predicting "a stampede into Haiti" if the existence of large gold deposits there can be confirmed.
So one of poorest nations in the world turns out to be just brimming with oil and gold....
Do you think that those resources will be used to rebuild Haiti and to give those people a truly bright future?
Don't count on it.

You see, for decades Haiti has been viewed by many as being essentially "owned" by the United States. The U.S. government has done little to actually help the nation of Haiti get on the right path, but they maintain a huge presence there. In fact, the U.S. constructed its fifth largest embassy in the world in the nation of Haiti.
But perhaps that is just a coincidence.
The key will be to watch what happens to Haiti's natural resources as the rebuilding of that nation proceeds.
Will all of the gold and oil be used to help the people of Haiti, or will the gold and oil be exploited by ruthless foreigners?
