*Scientists Daniel and Ginette Mathurin indicate that beneath the Haitian soil are rich OIL and FOSSIL FUEL DEPOSITS - which were collected by Haitian and foreign experts. “We have identified 20 oil sites", launches Daniel Mathurin, stating that 5 of them are considered very important by practitioners and policies.

According to Daniel et Ginette Mathurin, the lake region, with cities like Thomazeau and Cornillon, contains large deposits of oil.

Asked about the non-exploitation of these sites, Ginette Mathurin said that "these deposits are declared strategic reserves of the United States of America". While stating his incomprehension of such a situation, it reminds that the Caribbean is considered the backyard of the United States.

But Daniel and Ginette Mathurin indicate that the U.S. government in 2005 authorized the use of strategic reserves of the United States. "This door must be used by the Haitian political negotiations to launch with U.S. companies with a view to exploiting these deposits" adds Daniel Mathurin

Experts argue that the government acted Jean Claude Duvalier had verified the existence of a major oilfield in the bay of Port-au-Prince shortly before its fall.

All presented searing accounts and first-hand testimony demonstrating that yes indeed, the CIA and top levels of the US Government have been aware of political drug trafficking for years, and complicit in it.

Organizer Kris Millegan welcomed the audience to the Wheeler Pavilion: "I'm just really tired of the situation we've got here, and I don't want my children to have to deal with it.... I am intent on bursting the media bubble of silence surrounding this issue." Millegan presented a documented historical review of political drug trafficking by many governments throughout history, focusing on China and the Opium Wars, which Britain forced on it in the 1800s. Millegan also discussed Yale's secret Skull and Bones crypto-plutocratic society, initially set up there by American opium traffickers.

'The Best Enemies Money Can Buy'

"The cocaine is then sold in Russia, but guess what? The Russians are laundering their money back through
Ironically, the same multi-billion Congressional appropriation to fight the "Drug War" in Colombia also contains millions to support US troops in Kosovo: "We make money by destroying things, as in Kosovo," Ruppert noted." We destroyed all the oil refineries in a 500-mile radius there. They all have to be rebuilt. American companies will rebuild them. We have a search-and-destroy economy."

Who Benefits From Crack? The Jailers!

"When you think Crack, don't think Black, think CIA," admonished Dedon Kamathi, a producer with Motown Records (Conscious Rap as opposed to Gangsta Rap) and co-chair of the California-based Crack the CIA Coalition. Kamathi spoke to the US Government's strategic targeting of minority and poor communities, reviewing the FBI's various generations-long suppression operations against groups and individuals such as the Black Panther Party, RAMPARTS magazine, Stokely Carmichael and others from the 1960s. Then in the 1980s, crack cocaine inundated poor and minority neighborhoods throughout America when, charges Kamathi, "a conscious decision was made to attack conscious rappers, to destroy African-American strugglers, and music promoting gangsterism began to be promoted by the music industry."

FBI guiding angel J. Edgar Hoover, Kamathi noted, "made his name and reputation busting Marcus Garvey, yet denied the existence of the Mafia almost his entire life and career. We have been programmed in this country to think 'Crime' equals 'Black.'"

Kamathi enumerated the aims of the Crack the CIA Coalition, whose "mission statement stresses that we demand full disclosure and prosecution of all CIA officers and assets complicit in drug trafficking; dismantle the CIA, halt all covert wars and operations, all their dastardly deeds; divert CIA funds to domestic programs that benefit all the people, demand reparations, racial sentencing disparities, and ALL drug sentences--and end the cover-up of CIA drug-trafficking complicity!"

Speaking of dope-infested L.A. neighborhoods, Kamathi pointed out that "before crack cocaine was introduced to Compton, Goodyear and Firestone were the two biggest employers of African-Americans in the area. Then the US Government enticed the companies to move operations to Indonesia, leaving thousands unemployed in California. At the exact same time these companies left, crack was introduced as an alternative source of income."

Not at all coincidentally, he noted, "The most powerful lobbyist group in California now is the California Corrections Officers Union. Every jailed prisoner generates $35,000 a year. Money is being taken right out of education and put into the prison-industrial complex. Profits over people, over spirituality, over Mother Earth and the environment."

Freed From The Rule Of Law

Catherine Austin Fitts, former Assistant Secretary for Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner under President George Bush from 1989 to 1990, agrees. Fitts was fired for her outspoken attempts to cut official corruption costing massive amounts of taxpayer money. In Eugene, Fitts spoke of how international drug lords use Wall Street and investment banks to launder massive amounts of drug proceeds. "Who will control our neighborhoods, organized crime or the locals?" Fitts asked. "Whatever system we are living under, it is not a democracy, and we are not protected by the rule of law."

There was a presentation of another of Hopsicker's films, titled 'IN SEARCH OF THE AMERICAN DRUG LORDS'. about Barry Seal, the infamous CIA dope pilot who flew drugs for the US government from the Bay of Pigs to the heyday of the Nicaraguan contras, before his 1986 assassination.

After a quick presentation regarding the class-action lawsuits against the CIA and others filed in California, Celerino Castillo, URL: http://www.wbaifree.org/earthwatch/ciapns.html a 12-year veteran of the US Drug Enforcement Administration, gave a presentation of his career, which culminated in his assignment as Special Agent in Central America from 1985 to 1990. Castillo's 1994 book, POWDERBURNS: COCAINE, CONTRAS AND THE DRUG WAR, exposed CIA drug-running out of El Salvador in support of the Nicaraguan contras.

Castillo told the audience, "I hope that when you leave here today you will have a better understanding of what really happened with our government, and the deals they cut with criminals and drug traffickers. I was there and I saw it. I kept journals. I took pictures of the good, the bad, and the ugly, and I have them. I found out we were the Bad Guys." Castillo described some of his close calls and misadventures while in service of the DEA, and explained why more officers do not come forward with accounts of their own eyewitness of corruption: "They're not about to report anything as they have a wife, kids, house, mortgage, and don't want to do anything to jeopardize their pensions."

Castillo also stressed that the War on Some Drugs is essentially political, because "if the Drug War ended now, our whole banking system would collapse." He was not overly optimistic. "There is no way the US Government is ever going to legalize drugs," he counseled. "There is too much money being made now. It is going to get a lot worse before it gets better, but we know who did this to us."

Rodney Stich, who began his attempts to expose US government corruption 40 years ago while an FAA flight-accident investigator, described his ever-continuing fight to expose official crimes. Author of the books DRUGGING AMERICA (1994) and DEFRAUDING AMERICA (1999), Stich has collected case after case of official drugrunning and corruption, detailed by government insiders and participants. "There are way more agencies and departments involved than just the CIA," said Stich, "a lot more government insiders and participants."

Ruppert came back out and played a video clip of former CIA Director John Deutch at a nationally televised town-hall meeting in August of 1996 with South Central Los Angeles residents who were demanding answers to CIA drug-running allegations. The Latest Crock Of Lies

Scott, a former Canadian diplomat, UC Berkeley English professor, and co-founder in the 1970s of the Coalition on Political Assassination, was the keynote speaker of the evening. He drew special attention to the rep ort issued on May 11 by the US House of Representatives Select Committee on Intelligence, which asserted that the committee had "found no evidence" that employees or assets associated with any US security service, including the CIA, have ever been complicit in running drugs into the US, or in covering up for those who had.

"The May 11th report basically says there is nothing to worry about," asserted Scott. "This report is full of lies, flat-out lies, in terms of what they've already admitted to in other reports." Scott proceeded to rip the Committee's findings apart, point by eloquent point, illustrating vividly how many of the US Government's own previously released reports refute the farcical conclusion that there is "no evidence" to connect both the CIA and the US Government to drug trafficking.

In a letter offering support for the Symposium and its aim to shine a light on officially sanctioned drug running and other corruption, Representative Peter DeFazio, (D-OR) wrote, "I have fought for years to lift the dark veil of secrecy shrouding the US Intelligence bureaucracy. Unfortunately, the intelligence establishment is given vast deference by many of my colleagues, which has led to little accountability and virtually toothless oversight by Congress."

The massive secret computer spy system 'Echelon' was brought to public attention not by Congressional oversight, but by independent journalists and researchers, DeFazio noted, bemoaning the ability of the CIA to "slap the label of national security on something as innocuous as a budget number." DeFazio concluded his letter, "Given the low likelihood that enough elected officials will rise to challenge the intelligence bureaucracy, it is up to concerned citizens such as yourselves to reveal possible misconduct. 50 YEARS OF DRUG DEALING BY THE CIA (U.S. GOVERNMENT) . . .

It's generally agreed that 1996's biggest news story was Gary Webb's San Jose Mercury scoop - that ghetto drug dealers claim none other than the American CIA to be their supplier!

But Spooks dealing drugs isn't a 90's thing. Our beloved agency busily flew heroin around Asia on the CIA proprietary airline AIR AMERICA during Viet Nam, and refined Hmong and Burmese poppy in Asian soft drink bottling factories, used the U.S. Mafioso MOB to distribute the drugs and banked millions in their own Bank which they later collapsed, stealing the receipts.

Just revealed: the sixties weren't the start of the CIA dealing poppy to ghettos. Colonel Paul Hellwell of the OSS brought heroin from Burma and sold it in U.S. ghettos as far back as the 40's, so Gary Webb is five decades late with his scoop! We are in a 50 year anniversary of something other than just Roswell aliens! The Hellwell Aliens also were gray men, that being the exact shade of their MORALS!

The heroin that the OSS dealt was grown in Burma, and refined in Shanghai. The OSS stumbled upon this import when they were in Asia with the Flying Tigers to stop MAO TSE TUNG from getting into power. Tigers were supposedly heroic civilian volunteers --John Wayne even played one in a movie, but this was just a lacquer job. The Tigers were OSS mercenaries paid for with OSS SECRET funds (at first, OLIGARCH money, later drug receipts). ALLEN DULLES was the brains behind the Tigers and the entire agency then. Dulles ran an inner clique at the OSS, what was to become Directorate of Covert Actions. Dulles was also very tight with the super-rich Eastern billionaire families, (read Dulles' biography and read BITTER FRUIT by S. Kinzer which indicates oligarchs paid for dirty tricks). If you read up on it, you'll discover that Dulles ran secret wars out of the White House (not unlike Ollie North) and had a repressive agenda related to every banana republic that had nationalistic or socialist tendencies, which might get in the way of transnationalist corporative agendas.

The Flying Tigers were in China helping a General named Chiang Kai-Shek (nicknamed 'CASH MY CHECK' as behind our backs, he sold our guns to the Japs). Chiang was used in an attempt to destroy Mao. Of course, it couldn't be done and in 1949 they had to beat a fast retreat to Taiwan. Mao later stopped all poppy-dealing by making death a penalty for it. But before the end, Colonel Paul Hellwell, an Ivy leaguer, rich kid, observed how Chiang sold opium to Chinese addicts to earn revenues for guns and troops. The French saw the same thing going on in Vietnam when it was their colony. Dope and spooks kind of made terrific sense to Dulles. An intelligence service can't pay for underhanded illegal covert ops. Tax payers can't, Congress WON'T. Why should it be left to poor oligarchs to fund the secret fight? You have to think like the OSS. In their heads, the fight was patriotic...it was against nasty nationalists or dirty communists seeking to get nice YANKEE traders out so they could have their OWN industries. Actually nationalists called us Yankee IMPERIALISTS and felt we were out to exploit their banana republics and acted so much like Commies that we felt it was patriotic to rub them out. Why should oligarchs pay for their murder when blacks in U.S. ghettos would empty their pockets for drugs? And boy, did those nickles add up!

Industriously, Colonel Hellwell created SEA SUPPLY, an OSS proprietary company, out of Miami and used it to carry guns across the ocean to China. The opium was grown in Burma, so Hellwell went to Burma and made friends with the royal family. After WWII, Hellwell became the Burmeese Consulate in Miami so up to his chin was he with the Burmeese. In Burma, Hellwell secured all the poppy franchises he needed and sent the basic black poppy tar to CHINA to be processed into China White then brought it back to America on Sea Supply boats, totally immune to snoopy customs inspectors. Then, he shipped guns back to China, a classic 'boats go both ways full' profitable shipping Modus Operandi. Next, he used the CIA's old pals in the American 'mob' to distribute drugs in the ghetto.

Parenthetically, the OSS had befriended Lucky Luciano, at the height of WWII, when they'd sprung him from the pen 'early,' --considering he was a lifer---as the OSS needed his help winning the war. The Mafia-controlled dockworkers on the Atlantic coast were unruly, always striking for more pay, which wasn't very patriotic of them. Also, the OSS needed spies in Sicily for the planned invasion.

In Lucky Luciano they found a kind of all-purpose Swiss Army knife. Charlie Lucky became the Agency Poster boy for Civilian volunteerism. In all his career, Luciano had resisted dealing drugs, so his services had a price. (There's a Chris Reeves movie 'MONISGNEUR' about the toehold U.S. Mafia got in Italy during the war. Rent it. A huge CIA network mushroomed in Italy with Vatican bankers tied to the Mob.)

After the war, the OSS needed the mob to distribute heroin in the ghettos. Luciano, relocated to Italy, said 'use my main man in The Big Apple, my accountant, Meyer Lansky. He'll set you up.' The Agency did, and Meyer gave them his Tampa, Florida lieutenant, Santo Trafficante. When he got old, they used his son Santo Trafficante Jr. So when people say the CIA first used the Mob to assassinate JFK & FIDEL in the early 60's, they're off by a few decades, but who's counting?

Parenthetically, another scumbag friend of the OSS (after '47, when they had so many Nazis on board, they decided to ditch the double S's and called it THE CIA) was the German GESTAPO. The military actually brought dozens of top echelon Gestapo and SS spies out of Germany when these men approached them with a valuable bargaining chip: their spy networks and personal war records could be used to survey and CONTROL the Russians. These Nazis made it to Georgetown and eventually their philosophy and tactics were grafted on to the Allen Dulles --oligarch funded, drug-running SPY MACHINE which began to use racist, gestapo tactics designed to eradicate dissent just as Hitler had done.. They murdered intellectuals, constitutionalists, nationalists, socialists and Utopians with death squad tactics ---which were taught at Fort Benning to foreign officers and began to be used extensively in Latin America by local militaries. Our own soldiers did it too, as the Phoenix Program in Viet Nam, which killed thousands of teachers, civilians, village leaders suspected of sympathizing with Hanoi. Nazi genocide continues to be used up to the present day. Nazi-invented methods are still used for the murdering of intellectuals, university teachers, heroic politicians or snoopy reporters to quiet them and frighten others. And where do they get the money for hitmen and killers? The Poppy trail is alive and well with Burmese heroin exported to China for refining, then to Long Beach Crips and Bloods gangs. Addicts, in the ghettos, the Nazis in the CIA, their Cuban-exiles who worked in Latin America, who murdered Che, all of it sprang from the Hellwell Dynasty. Paul Hellwell was the magnificent, sick tap-root of an ancient, tall, poisonous tree. Hellwell (well named when you think of it) devised a way around the U.S. Constitution just when spooks needed millions of dollars in discretionary funds far from Congressional purview. Dope did the job. BURMA did the job. Lansky kept moving the stuff to the barrio in the late 40's and through out the 50's. No one cared as long as only blacks were addicted.

PART II. THE DRUG DEALERS HMONG US

The 50's were the years of CIA covert operations in Latin America, designed to keep our colonial hegemony over our nearest neighbors. The heroin profits rolled in via addicted blacks in the big cities. U.S. police kept busting the French Corsican traffickers, the FRENCH CONNECTION, trying to keep UNCLE SAM's BURMA CIA drug cartel #1.

In the sixties, the Saigon office of the CIA (Ted Shackley of IranContragate fame) ran both the genocidal Phoenix program and infamous AIR AMERICA and still found time to sell heroin to G.I's. (No wonder we lost!) And they found time to run a bank into the ground, too. Cash drug receipts went to their OWN, BOLDLY incorporated Nugan Hand bank, with CIA officials actually ON THE BOARD. Guess who the bagmen were? Colonel Ollie North and Lieutenant Richard Secord showed up as the two madcap PILOTS who ferried bags of cash that poured in both from Asian earned receipts from Nam /G.I. addicts and from the U.S. where Santos Trafficante pere et fils, (Meyer Lansky's lieutenants) were distributors. All these receipts were deposited in Australia where they could lend them out 9 times to the dollar when they weren't being used and see a tidy growth rate.

To keep the Burmeese Generals in check, --by the 60's they were a bunch of very uppity millionaires,-- the CIA expanded to buying poppy from Hmong villagers in Laos which they refined right there in VietNam in Pepsi factories. (You saw it in the Mel Gibson movie, Air America. I know you didn't believe it. It was beyond imagination but it happened.) Parenthetically, today, "Free Burma" activists at American colleges wonder why Pepsi keeps doing biz in such a nasty country. They want a trade blocade and Pepsi won't cooperate. Heck, Pepsi RUNS the drug machine in Asia. During the Nixon years, Pepsi bottling companies were used for refining the tar into powder. Go see AIR AMERICA. It's all there. PEPSI, bold as brass.

A Pepsi Co. chairman was Nixon's most excellent pal ever since days when Nixon was White House Case Officer on Cuba during the Eisenhower administration. Nixon broke champagne bottles at Pepsi plant openings regularly after he and Ike left Washington until he returned to DC as president, with a decade between posts giving him time to do some serious bonding with Pepsi. In that time, Dick also ran around with his Cuban-exile crew who worked for the CIA, doing the worst kinds of mischief: murdering Che Guevara, downing commercial Cuban planes and killing JFK.

Where was Nixon the day JFK got hit? At a Pepsi convention in Dallas. The truth is, Nixon loved spywork as much as he hated the handsome liberal who ran against him and won in the 1960 election, hated him as much as he hated Fidel, which is A LOT as best buddy Cuban exile Bebe Rebozo had taught him all about Cuba. Nixon was on a first name basis with all the Cuban exiles and spooks in that infamous Miami proprietary "ZENITH CORP" on the Miami University grounds. A team of them went after both Fidel and JFK simultaneously: David Atlee Phillips, E. Howard Hunt, Frank Sturgis, and actually, to the very last Cuban, were the Cast of Watergate. Last but not least, Howard Hughes was Dick's Daddy War Bucks or 'Deep Purse.'

Dick Nixon was an integral link in the Hellwell Lineage. When he fell, Reagan, Casey and George Bush carried the torch through an interesting period. After the Viet Nam heroin years, there was a new drug trend: peppier LATIN-produced drugs, cocaine...and new suppliers -- Columbian cartels -- but the same old U.S. barrio black customers as in the late 40s when Hellwell and company began.

The truth about the Cocaine years (which we still are in) has much to do with IranContragate, a three way tie between the CIA/ the Shah and Nicaragua. This White House operation emerged from the White House, it's true, but not from dim-bulb Ronald Reagan but from his industrious V.P. George Bush, a career CIA officer. Bush started the Contras to harass Nicaragua and prevent Danny Ortega's Marxist Leninist socialists from creating a New Cuba. You know, the kind of Republic that sends more teachers, doctors and food growing techs to the third world than God himself? Bush funded the Contras with cocaine receipts.

The star gambit of the period was that triangle between the Shah, the Contras and Bush. The CIA had supported the Shah from way back. They couldn't always give him cash so they did the next best thing. They gave him a money-printing set -- a U.S. intaglio press, silk paper, mint Green #1 ink, and genuine U.S. printing plates. Mini-treasuries were apparently a perk of tyrants who chummed with the Agency. This printing press was known to Bush so next, Bush offered a favor to cocaine king Pablo Escobar (his prime supplier) -- to LAUNDER 8 billion dollars of coke receipts, i.e. make them into legal, spendable, investable money. How? Well, it was imaginative. Bush took 8 billion from Escobar, which was deposited into a Panama bank in Escobar's name. But Bush did a fast one. He took 4 billion in GOOD coke -- dusted hundred dollar bills to Iran and told the Shah he could have real dollars if he'd give him back 8 billion of the Shah's freshly printed, funny money. The Shah had presses going day and night for a few weeks, then Bush brought 8 billion back to Escobar's vault, in their U.S. Panama bank. Then, Bush purloined the other half of Escobar's good money and gave it to a Latin American politician, Nana DeBusia of Guyana where it was laundered in accounts under the signatures of Bush and Casey earmarked for use by the Contras. This was the real Iran Contragate -- the story that never surfaced.

Well, whaddya want? Drugs for guns is a fifty year old American tradition. Life goes better with coke, Pepsi AND heroin too, it would seem. Drugs produced untraceable cash for spies to do the things they love best: run armed mercenaries, kill University professors, anti-colonials, anti-imperialists, anti-fascists, journalists, all of which are the standard Hitlerian Dirty Tricks, along with turning elections with paid staged dramatics. Michael Manley got chased out of a second term in Jamaica, with great bloodshed during election. Manley had anti-colonial smarts that rivaled Karl Marx, a Fidel with no trigger finger, no rough edges, an urbane gentle, English Abe Lincoln type. Mobs were hired. That debacle cost a pretty penny. Same thing getting ALLENDE out in Chile. The people had to be roused, anti-Allende propaganda achieved by buying Chilean journalists. Go see film MISSING with Lemmon/Spacek. From the book The Kidnapping of Charles Horman written by the boy's father, who was played by Lemmon, and see our battleships parked off shore during the week long 'revolution.'

Costa Gavras movies really trace agency history---in "Z", see U.S. installed GENERALS IN GREECE murdering every dissident. A later film with Yves Montand, "State of Siege" about a CIA torture expert, of the DESAPARECIDO period, kidnapped by leftists in Uruguay. WE DID THAT. OUR CIA. Killing activist students, angling for MEN SYMPATHETIC TO THE multi-nationals to WIN ELECTIONS, changing the monkey, they call it all of which costs big bucks.

The Agency has been 'fixing things' that way ever since Italy in the late 40s when Commies first began running for office. It's very costly to swing a vote. But the CIA has its little coffers, filled by its little importing businesses, cheap merchandise from the orient. This is how the CIA built the Burmese generals into what they are today: repressive genoicidal murderers. It built Saddam Hussein and Idi Amin and Marcos, Noriega, and the Shah and Somoza and all those African and Latin despots who sold out, allowed the multi-nationals to come in and enslave peasants, take the land, control industry, and who exploited and plundered their own people, wrecked their countries, stole all the money and banked it in Switzerland and who have caused plagues and famines and civil wars and genocide in their home towns. The usual Suspects. Pals of the Agency, all the way. Conversely, the same CIA murdered all the good presidents like Arbenz of Guatemala, Allende in Chile for daring to speak out. And now the CIA is being forced to look at the monsters they created in Burma. You probably didn't see that Patricia Arquette film about Burma, it showed us what Hell looks like.

Burma, Africa, Latin America, Central America, South East Asia was the same carnage that was in Chile when the Agency tryed to stop Allende. The CIA batter fried that country to make it look so chaotic they had to park battleships offshore, and send people in to stop non-existent riots so they could machine gun Allende to death and say he committed suicide. Stupid locals to this day think Allende ruined their country. It was Henry Kissinger who told Nixon, 'we will make their economy scream.' He used American trojan horse agencies like A.I.D. to put the forceps to the economy to make the Chileans think their ruler was a Commie rat. Since the 40's, Henry and his bosses and their hireling intelligence agents have made the entire planet scream to prevent ONE THING happening, the HOLD of the world bankers and transnationals they own, the Rothschilds, Morgans, Lehmans, Warburgs in Europe, the ROCKEFELLERS in NYC and their FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, and the rest of the 13 families ---to prevent that oligarch hold loosening on all the trade, banks and gold on the planet.

And it isn't over. Let us move to current events. CLINTON just opened Long Beach Harbor to the RED ARMY, the processor and distributor for Burma-grown poppy. Why did John Huang raise all that Chinese money for Bill? Clinton and the CIA have allowed RED CHINA to bring heroin in in exchange for it. This was not Bill's idea, of course. Clinton has been the CIA's go-fer-& facilitator for two decades. Remember MENA airport in Arkansas? That's where all the IranContragate coke got into the U.S. You've read COMPROMISE by TERRY REED? LONG BEACH HARBOR did not want these Chinese in there, fought it. The Prez got them in. Now, COSCO (People's Liberation Army's shipping company) containers come in by the thousand FULL of the most sophisticated guns in the world, AK- 47's, GIVEN to CRIPS AND BLOODS who are the distributors of the heroin to American schoolkids.

Groups that want to get the Generals out of Burma have to step on the snake's head, locate that long, thin supply line from Burma to the USA. You people who are on the Net reading this, do your research. It's all in books. Then, join the FREE BURMA coalitions at local colleges or the Black Outrage groups. Next, stir up a media ruckus. Find the authors, get them on your favorite, local radio shows where the NAACP can hear them. Keep the Gary Webb story CIA DEALING DRUGS TO GHETTOS alive. Contact author researchers Fred Landis, Donald Freed, and ex CIA guys, Victor Marchetti, Ralph McGehee, Phillip Agee, John Stockwell, and ex-DEA agent Michael Levine. And Danny Sheehan, Father Bill Davis. Their websites and lecture agents are easy to find with a search engine like Just appoint yourself a booking agent, and get them on radio shows you enjoy, preferably nationally syndicated. You can even look for British authors as it's all done by telephone interview these days. Black Outrage groups, FREE BURMA groups are taken very seriously but they don't do their homework. They have to research, write and footnote, publish and broacast. They have to use this information in their demonstrations, mounted as street theatre. The Hellwell dynasty IS A LINEAGE of spies, funding guns for dirty trix, fixed elections, tumbling the monkeys in third world republics, and all of it paid for by US barrios. It should be sued out of business by MOTHERS of addicts who have been jailed, wives of fathers jailed, and last of all, all the crippled crack babies born to addict mothers. Judges often cannot be bought. Law suits might be profitable for such citizen activist groups.

The opportunity for ending the CIA's reign of terror may fall ironically and finally to the blacks who were spoon fed drugs for so long. Gary Webb's getting the Black Caucus and NAACP mad as Hell was part miracle, part good move. Burma activists and black activist groups should make a rainbow coalition and get in touch with Webb ( gwebb@sjmercury.com ). More than any other journalist, Webb can help expose this genocidal phalange of the CIA.

We may also end up proving their part in killing JFK. The oil men that researcher/author Donald FREED thinks murdered JFK were Rockefeller oil pals in Texas. Kissinger, stuck like a PIN in Nixon's administration as Secretary of State, was a one-man think-tank for the Rocks. The Rockefellers are the main stockholders of all U.S. oil companies and controlled oil in the USA from its turn-of-the-century discovery. Kennedy had reduced the oil depletion allowance, and was about to end the war that the Rocks created. Rocks were after the biggest oil field on the planet in the South China sea. The Rocks are not lilly white. They lured the Saudis into depositing all petrodollars from 30 years of drilling into western banks, new, little offshore' banking SUBSIDIARIES which couldn't be linked to them. They lent the petrodollars to third world countries, who couldn't pay it back, so they on paper 'lost it', then they bankrupted/collapsed all the banks so the Saudis lost all their money. Jed Bush got to collapse one, Keating another. Rocks blatently stole the petrodollars of the poor towel heads!

It's odd but anywhere the Hellwell Heritage is, Rockefellers turn up. Winthrop Rockefeller was governor of Arkansas when Clinton needed signatures to become a Rhodes Scholar. Clinton was from camp Rockefeller from day one. And why not? Rothchilds and Rocks are all there is on this planet. They HAVE all the marbles. The other 5 billion of us can go starve.

Is that a dumb greedy game or what? Who's going to buy their Lincoln towncars or even a bottle of aspirin at current costs? Today, no matter what kind of Ollie North right winger you are, there is no justification for dealing drugs to fight Commies. There simply IS no more cold war. But suddenly, out of nowhere, we can celebrate. Journalist Gary Webb, the Free Burma groups and the NAACP NIMBYs are right on the JUGULAR of the BIG GUY like a chupacabra. - On October 31, the French daily Le Figaro dropped a bombshell. While in a Dubai hospital receiving continued treatment for a chronic kidney infection last July, Osama bin Laden met with a top CIA official - presumably the Chief of Station. The meeting, held in bin Laden s private suite, took place at the American hospital in Dubai at a time when he was a wanted fugitive for the bombings of two U.S. embassies and this year s attack on the U.S.S. Cole. Bin Laden was eligible for execution according to a 2000 intelligence finding issued by President Bill Clinton before leaving office in January. Yet on July 14th he was allowed to leave Dubai on a private jet and there were no Navy fighters waiting to force him down.

In 1985 Oliver North the only member of the Reagan-Bush years who doesn't appear to have a hand in the current war - sent the Navy and commandos after terrorists on the cruise ship Achille Lauro. In his 1991 autobiography 'Under Fire,' while describing terrorist Abu Abbas, North wrote, "I used to wonder: how many dead Americans will it take before we do something?" One could look at the number of Americans Osama bin Laden is alleged to have killed before September 11 and ask the same question.

It gets worse, much worse. A more complete timeline listing crucial events both before and after the September 11th suicide attacks, which have been blamed on bin Laden, establishes CIA foreknowledge of them and strongly suggests that there was criminal complicity on the part of the U.S. government in their execution. It also makes clear that the events which have taken place since September 11th are based upon an agenda that has little to do with the attacks.

One wonders how these events could have been ignored by the major media or treated as isolated incidents. Failing that, how could skilled news agencies avoid being outraged, or at least even just a little suspicious? 1. 1998 and 2000 - Former President George H.W. Bush travels to Saudi Arabia on behalf of the privately owned Carlyle Group, the 11th largest defense contractor in the U.S. While there he meets privately with the Saudi royal family and the bin Laden family. Feb 13, 2001 - UPI Terrorism Correspondent Richard Sale - while covering a trial of bin Laden's Al Qaeda followers - reports that the National Security Agency has broken bin Laden's encrypted communications. Even if this indicates that bin Laden changed systems in February it does not mesh with the fact that the government insists that the attacks had been planned for years.

3. May 2001 - Secretary of State Colin Powell gives $43 million in aid to the Taliban regime, purportedly to assist hungry farmers who are starving since the destruction of their opium crop in January on orders of the Taliban regime. [Source: The Los Angeles Times, May 22, 2001].

May, 2001 - Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage, a career covert operative and former Navy Seal, travels to India on a publicized tour while CIA Director George Tenet makes a quiet visit to Pakistan to meet with Pakistani leader General Pervez Musharraf. Armitage has long and deep Pakistani intelligence connections and he is the recipient of the highest civil decoration awarded by Pakistan. It would be reasonable to assume that while in Islamabad, Tenet, in what was described as 'an unusually long meeting,' also met with his Pakistani counterpart, Lt. July, 2001 - Three American officials: Tom Simmons (former U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan), Karl Inderfurth (former Assistant Secretary of State for South Asian affairs) and Lee Coldren (former State Department expert on South Asia), meet with Taliban representatives in Berlin and tell them that the U.S. is planning military strikes against Afghanistan in October. Summer 2001 - According to a Sept. 26 story in Britain s The Guardian, correspondent David Leigh reported that, "U.S. department of defense official, Dr. Jeffrey Starr, visited Tajikistan in January." The Guardian's Felicity Lawrence established that US Rangers were also training special troops in Kyrgyzstan. There were unconfirmed reports that Tajik and Uzbek special troops were training in Alaska and Montana.

Summer 2001 (est.) - Pakistani ISI Chief General Mahmud (see above) orders an aide to wire transfer $100,000 to Mohammed Atta, who was according to the FBI, the lead terrorist in the suicide hijackings. 10. August 2001 - The FBI arrests an Islamic militant linked to bin Laden in Boston. French intelligence sources confirm that the man is a key member of bin Laden's network and the FBI learns that he has been taking flying lessons. 11. Summer 2001 - Russian intelligence notifies the CIA that 25 terrorist pilots have been specifically training for suicide missions. This is reported in the Russian press and news stories are translated for FTW by a retired CIA officer.

15. Sept. 3-10, 2001 - MSNBC reports on September 16 that a caller to a Cayman Islands radio talk show gave several warnings of an imminent attack on the U.S. by bin Laden in the week prior to 9/11.

16. September 1-10, 2001 - 25,000 British troops and the largest British Armada since the Falkland Islands War, part of Operation 'Essential Harvest,' are pre-positioned in Oman, the closest point on the Arabian Peninsula to Pakistan. At the same time two U.S. carrier battle groups arrive on station in the Gulf of Arabia just off the Pakistani coast. Also at the same time, some 17,000 U.S. troops join more than 23,000 NATO troops in Egypt for Operation 'Bright Star.' All of these forces are in place before the first plane hits the World Trade Center. September 6-7, 2001 - 4,744 put options (a speculation that the stock will go down) are purchased on United Air Lines stock as opposed to only 396 call options (speculation that the stock will go up). This is a dramatic and abnormal increase in sales of put options. Many of the UAL puts are purchased through Deutschebank/AB Brown, a firm managed until 1998 by the current Executive Director of the CIA, A.B. 'Buzzy' Krongard. 19. September 6-11, 2001 - No other airlines show any similar trading patterns to those experienced by UAL and American. The put option purchases on both airlines were 600% above normal. This at a time when Reuters (September 10) issues a business report stating, 'Airline stocks may be poised to take off.'

20. September 6-10, 2001 - Highly abnormal levels of put options are purchased in Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, AXA Re (insurance) which owns 25% of American Airlines, and Munich Re. It has been documented that the CIA, the Israeli Mossad and many other intelligence agencies monitor stock trading in real time using highly advanced programs reported to be descended from Promis software. Promis was reported, as recently as June, 2001 to be in Osama bin Laden s possession and, as a result of recent stories by FOX, both the FBI and the Justice Department have confirmed its use for U.S. intelligence gathering through at least this summer. September 11, 2001, For 35 minutes, from 8:15 AM until 9:05 AM, with it widely known within the FAA and the military that four planes have been simultaneously hijacked and taken off course, no one notifies the President of the United States. It is not until 9:30 that any Air Force planes are scrambled to intercept, but by then it is too late. This means that the National Command Authority waited for 75 minutes before scrambling aircraft, even though it was known that four simultaneous hijackings had occurred - an event that has never happened in history. 25. September 15, 2001 - The New York Times reports that Mayo Shattuck III has resigned, effective immediately, as head of the Alex (A.B) Brown unit of Deutschebank.

26. September 29, 2001 - The San Francisco Chronicle reports that $2.5 million in put options on American Airlines and United Airlines are unclaimed. This is likely the result of the suspension in trading on the NYSE after the attacks which gave the Securities and Exchange Commission time to be waiting when the owners showed up to redeem their put options.

27. October 10, 2001 - The Pakistani newspaper The Frontier Post reports that U.S. Ambassador Wendy Chamberlain has paid a call on the Pakistani oil minister. A previously abandoned Unocal pipeline from Turkmenistan, across Afghanistan, to the Pakistani coast, for the purpose of selling oil and gas to China, is now back on the table in view of recent geopolitical developments.

28. Mid October, 2001 - The Dow Jones Industrial Average, after having suffered a precipitous drop has recovered most of its pre-attack losses. Although still weak, and vulnerable to negative earnings reports, a crash has been averted by a massive infusion of government spending on defense programs, subsidies for - affected industries and planned tax cuts for corporations.

Now, let's go back to the October 31 story by Le Figaro - the one that has Osama bin Laden meeting with a CIA officer in Dubai this June.

The story says that - Throughout his stay in the hospital, Osama Bin Laden received visits from many family members [There goes the story that he's a black sheep!] and Saudi Arabian Emirate personalities of status. During this time the local representative of the CIA was seen by many people taking the elevator and going to bin Laden's room.

* Several days later the CIA officer bragged to his friends about having visited the Saudi millionaire. From authoritative sources, this CIA agent visited CIA headquarters on July 15th, the day after bin Laden's departure for Quetta.

* According to various Arab diplomatic sources and French intelligence itself, precise information was communicated to the CIA concerning terrorist attacks aimed at American interests in the world, including its own territory.

* Extremely bothered, they [American intelligence officers in a meeting with French intelligence officers] requested from their French peers exact details about the Algerian activists [connected to bin Laden through Dubai banking institutions], without explaining the exact nature of their inquiry. When asked the question, "What do you fear in the coming days?" - the Americans responded with incomprehensible silence.

* On further investigation, the FBI discovered certain plans that had been put together between the CIA and its 'Islamic friends' over the years. The meeting in Dubai is, so it would seem, consistent with "a certain American policy."

Even though Le Figaro reported that it had confirmed with hospital staff that bin Laden had been there as reported, stories printed on November 1 contained quotes from hospital staff that these reports were untrue. On November 1, as reported by the Ananova press agency, the CIA flatly denied that any meeting between any CIA personnel and Osama bin Laden at any time.

In the most ironic twist of all, FTW has learned that Le Figaro is owned by the Carlyle Group, the American defense contractor which employs George Bush Sr., and which had as investors - until they sold their stake on October 26 - the bin Laden family.

'AL-QAEDA', FOLKS, IS A CREATION OF THE CIA AND ISI . . PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Don't expect our corporate media "op-ed" stenographers to deviate from their Pentagon and neocon generated scripts and connect the dots now that another in-your-face link between "al-Qaeda" terrorism and state-sponsored terrorism (one in the same) has surfaced.

"Omar Khyam, an accused leader among seven men charged in 2004 with stockpiling half a ton of explosives in an Al Qaeda-linked bombing plot, took the stand Tuesday long enough to refuse to continue his testimony. The judge temporarily adjourned the trial, which began in March," reports the Los Angeles Times. "On Monday, Khyam stunned his own lawyer when he declared that his relatives in Pakistan had been intimidated in recent days by agents of the powerful Inter-Services Intelligence agency, which has a shadowy history of contacts with Islamic extremist networks."

No mention here of the "shadowy" fact the ISI is a branch office of the CIA. "A number of officers from the ISI's Covert Action Division received training in the US and many covert action experts of the CIA were attached to the ISI to guide it in its operations against the Soviet troops by using the Afghan Mujahideen, Islamic fundamentalists of Pakistan and Arab volunteers," writes B. Raman for the South Asia Analysis Group. These "Arab volunteers" and "Islamic fundamentalists," of the most virulent strain (Saudi Wahhabism), are now known as "al-Qaeda," a wily and phantasmal enemy specifically designed to serve as a forever enemy, an elusive Goldsteinesque enemy explicitly engineered to pose a threat in perpetuum.

"Despite longtime allegations that Pakistani agents have trained Islamic militants and protected fugitive Al Qaeda leaders, Khyam's testimony provided a rare account in a Western courtroom about the ISI's role in militant training camps," the Times continues. "His accusation also raised concerns that Pakistani intelligence officials might be seeking to disrupt a significant prosecution of alleged Islamic extremism in Europe."

Of course, this stands to reason, as "Islamic extremism," long ago blueprinted on a CIA drawing board, has demonstrated its transcendent usefulness and must be protected at all cost. One miserable patsy will not get in the way and no doubt Omar Khyam's family is now in danger, thanks to his detrimental revelation.

"If the allegations about intimidation are true, they raise troubling implications for the trial and the other pending cases involving British suspects of Pakistani origin with alleged connections to terrorist networks in Pakistan-as well as family ties there."

According to Jane's Information Group, the ISI "was modelled on Savak, the Iranian security agency, and like Savak was trained by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the SDECE, France's external intelligence service." SAVAK, according to Sam Ghandchi, who experienced the secret police's brutality firsthand, specialized in shoving broken bottles in the rectums of political dissidents, murdering "pregnant activists, and all other forms of killing and rape." SAVAK was a law unto itself, possessing the legal authority to arrest, detain, interrogate, and torture dissidents indefinitely. SAVAK operated its own prisons in Tehran, such as the Qezel-Qalaeh and Evin facilities. Because it operated autonomously, without checks and balances, it serves as a standard-bearer for secret police around the world.

"Kashmir, along with Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Russian republic of Chechnya, is one of the battlegrounds that has provided a multinational flow of aspiring Islamic militants to Al Qaeda and its allies," the Times reports, once again neglecting to connect the dots.

For instance, as Michel Chossudovsky notes, the "Bosnian pattern," as described in a Republican Party Committee congressional report published in 1997, "was replicated in Kosovo" with "the complicity of NATO and the US State Department. Mujahideen mercenaries [recruited, trained, and financed by the CIA and ISI] from the Middle East and Central Asia were recruited to fight in the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in 1998-99, largely supporting NATO's war effort. Confirmed by British military sources, the task of arming and training of the KLA had been entrusted in 1998 to the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Britain's Secret Intelligence Services MI6, together with 'former and serving members of 22 SAS [Britain's 22nd Special Air Services Regiment], as well as three British and American private security companies." This pattern was also put to work in Macedonia and Chechnya.

Omar Khyam has revealed but another glimmer of the precise nature of the "al-Qaeda" terror network, information useful for connecting dots but that will of course be studiously ignored by our corporate media stenographers. "Khyam has revealed more information than was expected," remarked Sajjan Gohel of the Asia-Pacific Foundation, billed as a counter-terrorism think tank. "He has given a lot of insight into how very many British Muslims have been recruited. I think everyone was shocked. The question now is whether the whole truth will come out."

Of course, it does not matter if "the whole truth will come out," as it is irrelevant, especially for a society unable to connect the dots and, really, not wanting to connect the dots and learn the truth, as this particular truth interupts sit-coms and football games.

For every person who looks beyond the official story and gleans the indisputable truth about "al-Qaeda" and various other intelligence contrivances engineered by the Pentagon, CIA, MI-6, Mossad, et al, there are literally millions of people who buy into the official explanation, or rather Brothers Grimm machination-the Muslims, represented by the dead Osama and al-Zarqawi, are out to get us and an incessant "clash of civilizations" is required, with attendant police state and tyranny at home.

Indeed, the "whole truth," according to our neocon rulers, is nothing less than base "appeasement" of "bad guys," those who wish us harm. Soon enough, especially after the imminent shock and awe of Iran, espousing the truth will result in Gestapo door knocks-with battering rams manned by ninja-clad thugs tossing stun grenades-at three in the morning, thus shuffling "fifth columnists," as Sen. A side note - has anyone though of just how stressful it must be, to be a MUHAMMAD ABU TAHIR on an american airplane flight these days? the leers, everyone staring at you, no one wanting to sit next to/ near you, the whispers - it could probably, easily DRIVE ONE TO DRINK - our society is so convoluted now that people are hurting inside. this man thought he'd have a couple, in the airport bar, while waiting for his flight - he obviously couldn't handle his booze, was ashamed of his uncomfortable drunkenness, then with everything else that was going on worsened by the alcohol, locked himself in the airplane bathroom. i probably woulda done the same thing if i were him . . . and i dont ever drink either - normally . . .

LHASA DE SELA . . . 1972 - 2010

The Mexican-American singer-songwriter Lhasa de Sela, who has died aged 37 of breast cancer, created three extraordinary albums over the course of 12 years. She achieved fame more by word of mouth than through the media, but won various awards, including the Québécois Félix in 1997, a Canadian Juno in 1998 and a BBC award for world music in 2005.

The seeds of Lhasa's unusual songwriting lay in the cultural background of her parents and the nomadic lifestyle they had chosen. She was born in a cabin in Big Indian, New York state, the daughter of a Mexican father and American mother who at the time of her birth were hippies. She and her sisters grew up in a converted school bus in which the family crisscrossed North America and Mexico. They were educated at home, learning from books, music and artistic activity. Lhasa's childhood was filled with vivid experiences. Her parents, she felt, taught her to follow the heart, find her own way, be original.

Settling first in San Francisco with her mother when her parents split up, she moved in her late teens to Montreal. She honed her craft singing in bars and began composing songs in three languages. Her three albums, the mostly Spanish La Llorona (1997), the French-Spanish The Living Road (2003) and, in English, Lhasa (2009), were filled with songs fuelled by dreams, love, relationships and life events filtered through an imagination shaped by folk tales.

She formed a duo with Yves Desrosiers and gradually began performing and recording with a close circle of fine musicians, enjoying the creativity inspired by close collaboration. While her music drew on wide-ranging sources, from Mexican ranchera and French chanson to Arabic song, with touches of Americana, it was startlingly original in every way.

Extensive touring with the Canadian all-female music festival Lilith Fair left Lhasa feeling burnt out, and in 1998 she joined Pocheros, her sisters' touring circus, in France. Songs such as Con Toda Palabra and La Marée Haute, written during this time, were windows into an intense inner world. For the circus's clown and tightrope work, Lhasa distilled often surreal images into words which she set to brooding melodies, with loping rhythms that evoked mysterious journeys. Often disconcerting, her songs express a place where imagination and reality meet, and where courage triumphs over fear and darkness. They are 21st-century songs of enchantment.

Life, Lhasa said, was "a road constantly changing and, being on it, you change too". She gained a passionate following in Canada and France, and toured the UK, revelling in an early invitation from the Nottingham pop noir group Tindersticks to work with them. Her fame grew and her songs featured in the television series The Sopranos, a Madonna documentary and Sophie Barthes's 2009 film, Cold Souls.

Last year, Lhasa told me that she was delighted to have arranged and produced her third disc herself, with five musicians rather than 20, recording "as live" on analogue rather than digital tape, and rejoiced in the warmth given to her pared-down arrangements. The album had been recorded before her cancer was diagnosed. When I asked whether its songs were prophetic, she described Rising as a crisis song, its images those of "somebody being caught up by a storm, pulled up into the air, like a wave rising up and down, and rising again. For over a year, I could not make head or tail of it and then it fell into place. The images are violent, even chaotic, but there is something simple and serene there too." Anyone and Everyone, the disc's final, cathartic song, expressed her happiness, she said, "feeling my feet in the earth, having a place in the world, of things taking care of themselves".

Back in 2004, we had discovered inadvertently that I knew the whereabouts of an old friend of her father, who had been feared "disappeared" after the 1973 Chilean coup, and I was able to put them in touch. Lhasa's parents had played a lot of Chilean music during the 1970s and she confessed that, with childish innocence, she had dreamed then of marrying the legendary singer Víctor Jara when she grew up, not understanding what his murder under the Pinochet dictatorship meant until she was much older. Latterly, she spoke of plans to record Jara's songs.

Lhasa is survived by her partner, Ryan, her parents, and nine brothers and sisters.

Considering the potential risk of the A/H1N1/09 virus, I found the following study strangely coincidental. On June 17, 1996, the U.S. Air Force released Air Force 2025 "a study designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine the concepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and space force in the future." In the unclassified study, the College of Aerospace Doctrine, Research and Education at Maxwell Air Force Base in Alabama posed several "fictional representations of future situations or scenarios" likely to arise. In Chapter 5, page 55, the authors present a time line figure representing "plausible history". In 2009, according to the report, influenza will kill 30 million people.

The study also suggests that no one determined if the virus was a natural mutation or bioengineered.

Alternate Futures for 2025: Security Planning to Avoid Surprise

This "study" is absolutely shocking to me in a number of ways. It clearly shows that the U.S. Air Force, as well as the Pentagon itself, has utilized a very powerful computer technology known as "Artificial Intelligence" (A.I.) to create a model for a "future world". By utilizing A.I. "drivers" - SIX VIRTUAL REALITES complete with PLAUSIBLE HISTORIES were created. From these SIX virtual reality "cyber-worlds" - the elite "power-brokers" could then formulate the Utopian IDEALS they envision for their myopic view of the "WORLD ORDER" in 2025. The computer would then give the world's elite detailed instructions or "marching orders" as to how the "drivers" (i.e. current events) would have to be manipulated for this END to be accomplished. In other words, their vision of their desired END RESULT would forge their current MEANS - or global actions, month-to-month, and day-to-day. Under this A.I. computer model, NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN BY CHANCE - only by means of a pre-determined, prescribed design.

I submit this global social architecture is the ultimate antithesis of Human Freedom and Potential, for it seeks to strip the rights of free agency and spontaneity from human society as a whole; replacing it instead with a series of cold, hard, mechanical ultimatums that must inevitably end in abject human slavery. Under such a heartless machine "program", humans can easily be "sacrificed" by planned wars and pandemics - for to the "computer" - human beings are ultimately just NUMBERS to be crunched in the DRIVERS. It takes away the "course of human events" (the basis of America's Declaration of Independence, and ultimately the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights) and replaces it with the "course of computer-driven events." In the process, FAITH, PRAYER, and the REALITY OF GOD is completely taken out of the equation. Science and MAN-BASED technology seeking to usurp God and His plan.

Morally, ethically, emotionally, spiritually and in every other possible way, this activity is reprehensible and totally unconscionable to a FREE HUMAN BEING! Little wonder the "master computer" located at Ft. Meade is literally called, the BEAST!

THE LINKS TO PROMIS SOFTWARE AND INSLAW

In 1991, Washington D.C.-based investigative journalist Danny Casolaro was murdered. Casolaro was investigating the story of "pirated" super-computer software utilizing A.I., first created by Inslaw Corp. According to the account of one "Carol Marshal" in her book, "THE LAST CIRCLE" - Casolaro was set to publish the entire sordid account in 1991 when he was murdered. Casolaro was also linked with the murder of Vince Foster, who likewise knew the complete story. As THE LAST CIRCLE documents, this "software" could also be used to CREATE AND CONTROL THE RELEASE of advanced BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS worldwide.

By cross-referencing the information in The Last Circle, we find that a company called Advanced Systems Design (ASD) received a version of this PROMIS software. ASD, in 1988, then formed yet another software company and named it Verity Inc. The website FUNDING UNIVERSE, writes: "With the advent of Operation Desert Shield in 1990, Verity was awarded a large percentage of a United States Air Force contract, valued at $40 million, to build a real-time automated system that scanned and routed messages to the right intelligence personnel. Growth continued at a steady clip, and by November 1991 Verity's employee base reached the 100 mark. Around this time, the company's client base included Borland International Inc., Motorola Inc., the U.S. Department of Defense, and the White House.

If the information provided by Marshal is correct, then principals behind Verity Inc. are the ones responsible for providing the Artificial Intelligence software to the DoD, and ultimately to Ft. Detrick's weapons labs in 1991. This software would then allow the Air Force to produce in 1996 the study of the "world in 2025" which in turns contains a "plausible history" of a seminal, world-altering event --- A WORLD-WIDE INFLUENZA PANDEMIC OCCURRING IN 2009. Of course, as I have shown in a prior writing, this A.I. mainframe (aka ORACLE 8i) would also be the primary tool used in reverse engineering the killer virus responsible for the 1918 Pandemic that likewise altered the course of human events.

THE SMOKING GUN . . .

Keep in mind that the events outlined here occurred during the administration of George H.W. Bush - 1988-1992. "Poppy" Bush, along with the family of his V.P. Dan Quayle is heavily invested in "Big Pharma" concern Eli Lilly Inc. and American Home Products (AHP). AHP brought the world the deadly weight loss drug called Phen-fen which utilized phenylbarbitrol (aka speed) derived primarily from opium poppies grown in Afghanistan. As the reader may, or may not remember, Phen-fen weight loss drugs had a very common and very serious side effect - it caused permanent heart valve damage in an alarmingly high percentage of its victims.

According to a FDA website: "The phen fen side effects first surfaced back in August of 1996 when the New England Journal of Medicine performed a study concluding the use of phen fen for three months or longer resulted in a twenty-three-fold increase in pulmonary hypertension. After a 1997 Mayo Clinic study linking phen fen to heart valve problems as well the FDA issued a warning and then the phen fen recall a month later. The phen fen lawsuits held American Home Products responsible for the serious and deadly conditions because the company failed to report the adverse effects.

According to an FDA key reviewer of phen fen, American Home Products knew about the phen fen dangers before it was ever withdrawn from the market, a basis for many of the phen fen lawsuits. "

There were more than 11,000 phen fen lawsuits settled by American Home Products, costing the company $4.83 billion. The phen fen lawsuits settlements were considered the largest products liability settlement of all time. Phen fen lawsuits sought damages for the instances of primary pulmonary hypertension, valvular heart disease, endocardial fibrosis, death, and other adverse effects.

Amazingly, however, President George W. Bush, immediately after taking office in 2000, shut down the phen fen lawsuit freight train by executive order, or it likely would have been even bigger. So, what has all of this to do with the current "swine flu" pandemic and PROMIS software, one may ask? As Danny Casolaro uncovered with fatal consequences, it has EVERYTHING to do with the global elite and the planned pandemic.

CONNECTING THE DOTS . . .

Back in 1980, two scientists affiliated with Harvard University founded a company called "Genetics Institute" in Andover, Massachussetts. Thanks to the largess of international "research grants" from the world's eugenics labs, Genetics Institute began to immediately study the field of "Gene Cloning" with an emphasis on viruses and bacteria. The scientists published papers on their research and sought increased grant funding for this complex field. These scientists expounded on the need for a "super computer" to map the complex genetic helixes of all plants and animals - beginning with the simplest genetics - that of viruses!

In December, 1986, Genetics Institute purchased the first building in what is today known as the "Wyeth BioPharma Andover" facility. This massive 260,000 square foot building housed its viral and cell cultures, as well as numerous "purification suites".

According to the official Wyeth Inc. website: "In 1992, American Home Products (AHP) acquired a 60% share of Genetics Institute, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of AHP in December 1996. On March 5, 1998, AHP announced the integration of Wyeth-Ayerst Research and the research and development organization of Genetics Institute. AHP's vision to meet the soaring demand for new biopharmaceutical products led to the commitment of $2 billion in the Wyeth BioPharma organization. In March 2002, AHP changed its corporate name to Wyeth."

Connecting the dots, we see that AHP changes its corporate name to Wyeth in 2002. We also know that AHP, doing business as "Genetics Institute" was heavily involved in the Ft. Detrick "genetic engineering" of viruses at Ft. Detrick, Maryland under the direction of Terrence Tumpey and Jeffrey Taubenberger during the span of years 1998-2002. From its website, we know that Wyeth: "Employs 1,800, and is one of the largest biopharmaceutical operations in the United States, housing 7 manufacturing sites and 21 bioreactors-further cementing the claim that Boston is the world's premier biotech corridor." This is important to understand, because a "bio-reactor" is a "particle accelerator" by which cellular gene splicing and mutation by computer-generated design can actually take place on a massive scale. In short, this Harvard-based "campus" is one of the few places on the planet where a "reverse-engineered" weaponized virus could be massively produced for commercial (or military) applications.

In 2002, Wyeth announced a joint venture with MedImmune, Inc. to produce a unique INFLUENZA VACCINE called "FluMist". FluMist is unique in the fact that it is a nasal-spray vaccine utilizing LIVE VIRUSES. According to a 2007 Washington Post article, this joint venture dissolved in 2003 thanks to slumping sales - yet, according to The Post's analysis, MedImmune's FluMist product "has potential" if a pandemic influenza vaccine is needed. (This would be especially true if MedImmune could patent the very VIRUSES utilized in its nasal spray product!)

MedImmune's corporate offices and research labs are located in Gaithersberg, Maryland - just down the road from the U.S. Institute of Pathology labs at Ft. Detrick, Maryland where Dr. J. Taubenberger successfully reverse-engineered the deadly 1918 "recombinant" pandemic virus. Shortly after finishing the "resurrection" project, Taubenberger leaves the employ of Ft. Completely by coincidence, of course, during this same time frame MedImmune files for PATENT PROTECTION on the genetically altered and reverse-engineered PANDEMIC INFLUENZA VIRUS in 2007!! The patent is granted, and MedImmune then assigns the patent to MedImmune Vaccines Inc. (it's vaccine manufacturing subsidiary) and to Dr. Jeffrey Taubenberger's National Institutes of Health. This patent is VITAL in protecting MedImmune's USE OF THE ENGINEERED LIVE VIRUS in its FLuMist product.

FluMist, of course, is the vaccine of choice for use in schools and young children. (Patent protection could never have been granted for a truly "natural" seasonal virus.)
